中文摘要: | 中文摘要 随着全球经济危机的发展,企业面临前所未有的冲击和压力。“得人才者得天下。”这句名言明确地概况了人才对企业的重要性。而作为人才最重要的一种类型,核心员工对于企业,尤其是民营企业来说占有举足轻重的地位。对核心员工采取恰当的激励机制、提高企业核心竞争力己成为我国民营企业的紧迫任务。 本文运用理论分析和个案研究方法,以民营企业JT公司为例,对JT公司核心员工激励体系的现状和不足进行分析,并分析出核心员工的需求所在。在此基础上,提出了适合JT公司发展和需求的激励体系,即:核心员工的薪酬福利激励、员工成长激励和企业文化激励三个维度。最后本文配以核心员工激励的实施要点,对上述三个维度在实施方面给以细化和指导,以利于更有效的实施核心员工激励体系。 在经济高速发展的形势下,企业只有通过制定并执行有效的核心员工激励体系,才能吸引和留住人才,充分发挥员工的工作积极性和创造性,使企业立于不败之地。基于对JT公司的研究和分析的结论和成果,相信对我国民营企业激励体系的建设有一定的参考和借鉴意义。 | |
英文摘要: | Abstract With the development of the global economic crisis, business enterprises are faced with an unprecedented impact and stress. "Those who get talented person conquer the world", this saying underlines the importance of talents to enterprises. As the most important talent type, core employees are critical for enterprises, especially private enterprises. Arranging appropriate incentive mechanism on core employees and then enhancing the enterprise's core competitiveness have become an urgent task of China's private enterprises. In this thesis, theoretical analysis and empirical research methods have been applied to a private enterprise, JT Company. The current status and deficiencies of the company's incentive mechanism for core employees are analyzed and the needs of the core employees are discussed. Secondly, based on the analyses, this paper proposes the incentive as a whole which fits JT company’s development and demand. Namely: the core employees’ incentive salaries and benefits, employee growth motivation, corporate culture inspiration, totally three dimensions. Finally, the paper gives the implementation points for incentive mechanism as a whole to core employees. And in terms of implementation, it gives detailed guidance in these three dimensions to facilitate more effective implementation of the incentive system for core employees as a whole. In the situation of rapid economic development, the company could attract and retain talents only through the development and implementation of effective core employee incentive system. And then give full play to employee’s work ethic and creativity to enable enterprises to stand in an invincible position. The conclusions and results of JT company's research and analysis, I believe, will be conductive to the construction of China's private enterprises’ incentive mechanism as a whole. | |
