中文摘要：	摘要 内蒙古广播电视信息网络有限公司（以下简称内蒙古广电网络公司）已运营近10年，在运营期间进行，积极进行有线电视网络整合工作。整合后的内蒙古广电网络发展状况良好，公司内外部治理逐步完善，但也存在很多问题。本文通过公司治理相关理论，运用比较分析法、归纳和演绎方法、系统分析方法、SWOT分析法对内蒙古广电网络公司治理情况进行了分析。特别是通过SWOT分析法，对内蒙古广电网络公司治理目前的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行分析，通过各种组合，寻求公司最佳治理模式。 按照国家关于文化体制改革的部署，对内蒙古广电网络公司治理提出了新的要求。内蒙古广电网络公司做为有线电视网络运营单位，将进行转企改制。根据公司运营实际，本文对公司改制提出了一些设想，在改制中解决公司目前存在的问题，特别是行政整合中的遗留问题。 通过本文研究，以期为公司在发展和转型期顺利、平稳过渡，成功实现内蒙古广播电视网络的跨越式发展提供可借鉴的方法。同时内蒙古广播电视信息网络有限公司的成功转型，也为其他有线电视网络运营企业的发展提供一些经验，特别是对中西部欠发达地区以及少数民族地区的有线电视网络发展提供重要的参考价值。
英文摘要：	Abstract During the 10 years company operation, Inner Mongolia Broadcast &TV Info-network Corporation has been integrating the cable network actively. After it, the development of the company is well and corporate governance is improved continuously, but still exist defects. This paper focus on the analyses of corporate governance of Inner Mongolia Broadcast &TV Info-network Corporation through method of comparative analysis , Inductive-deductive methods , systematical analyses , SWOT. In this paper, the elements of SWOT are analyzed in order to find the best mode of corporate governance. According the arrangement of national cultural reconstructing, Inner Mongolia Broadcast &TV Info-network Corporation has to find new solutions. as a cable operation, Inner Mongolia Broadcast &TV Info-network Corporation will face to be transformed into enterprise . in this paper , some thoughts have been put forwards in order to solve some difficulties , especially in the aspect of administration. It will form a method to push the company development smoothly and stable, meanwhile it can supply some experiences to help another similar cable operation , especially for the middle and western region which is less developing and ethnic one.
