中文摘要:摘 要 中小企业是我国国民经济和社会发展的重要力量,然而,由于人才、资金、技术、管理、战略方面的制约,大部分中小企业面临寿命和规模这两大瓶颈。事实上,一般民营企业真正发展的黄金时期只有2-3年时间,之后要么倒闭,要么长期停滞徘徊。中小钢铁贸易企业作为国民经济中的部分主体,情形也大体如此。以民营企业为主体的中小型钢铁贸易企业,是钢铁贸易行业的主力军,担负着中间流通和面向终端用户的双重功能。然而,钢铁贸易行业内的中小企业面常常面临规模和寿命瓶颈。中小钢铁贸易企业大多因为规模小,经营品种单一,公司管理意识薄弱,业务管理缺乏系统的营销组合等,导致发展速度慢,稳定性差。在国家不利的宏观调控政策出台及国际金融危机的袭击之下,中小钢铁贸易企业忽隐忽现、潮起潮落的现象更是严重。 如今,中国钢铁贸易企业内外交困,这种局面并非无解。卓有成效的经营创新,仍然能够使企业越过瓶颈发展壮大。一般来讲,钢铁行业内的中小企业主要是通过重新定位目标客户群;创新融资方式,进行多渠道融资;开发电子商务,提高信息化水平;连锁经营,构建营销网络;延伸产品链,开展增值服务;多元化经营,利用期货保值;对外合作,结成战略联盟等七个方面,进行经营创新,实现战略突围。 A公司作为众多中小钢铁贸易企业的一员,在高度同质化的产品和市场竞争中,选择了差异化经营的策略进行差异化创新,通过差异化获得竞争中的比较优势。它依托钢铁业,完善产品供应结构;面向汽车业,锁定客户“一汽”;延伸产品链,开展增值服务;对外合作,争取有利的定价机制;战略联盟,拓展低成本的融资渠道;参与期货,实现保值以及利润倍增,成功实现了业绩的提升和企业规模的扩展。  
英文摘要:Abstract The Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are the indispensible power in China's economic and social development; however, due to the lack of talents, capital, technology, management strategies, most of the SMEs are facing the two big bottlenecks: life range and scale. In fact, the real golden developing period of private enterprise is only 2-3 years, after that, neither a long time tramp nor collapse. Being part of national economy, the situation of the small- and medium-sized steel trade enterprises facing is especially typical. As the main body of the small- and medium-sized steel trading enterprises, private enterprises become the mainstay of steel trade, bearing the function of intermediate circulation and the end-user double function. However, the SMEs are usually faced with bottleneck of scale life. The reasons include the small scale, single species, weak awareness of company management system, lack of business management, lack of marketing combination, lower development speed and poor stability. Since the central government always releases an unfavorable macroeconomic policies and the international financial storm breaks out at 2008, even more SMEs crashes up at last. Being upset with troubles both of inside and outside, the China's steel trading companies are in difficult situation, but it is not insoluble. The effective management innovation can still make the enterprise develop over the bottleneck. Generally speaking, mainly through reorientation of target customers, innovative financing, development of e-commerce, chain operation, marketing network, value-added services, diversification, and foreign cooperation, the SMEs of steel industry can realize the strategic breakthrough. In the competitive market, company A chose a differentiated operation strategy to realized innovation, and got the competitive advantages. Relies on the steel products, it improves the supply structure. For automotive, it locks in the customer "YIQI".Through the extended products line, the value-added services, expanded foreign cooperation, the favorable price mechanism, the strategic alliance, and the low cost of financing channels, company A successfully achieved a better performance on the expansion of enterprise scale.
