中文摘要:摘要 大型炼化工程通常采用EPC工程总承包模式。设备采购工作贯穿于工程项目管理的全过程,从工艺设计到竣工投产,联系着设计方案优化、设备选型、施工安装、生产准备等各个环节。根据项目一级网络计划,协调设计与施工进度计划,制定合理的设备采购进度计划;完善设备采购管理体制,对设备采购进度实施有效控制,有利于缩短建设周期、提高工程质量和控制建设投资,因此,研究工程项目设备采购进度管理的方法和理论,并将其运用于实际的EPC工程管理中,对保证工程各阶段的工作顺利开展,达到企业的预定目标具有重要意义。 本文以CEI抚顺焦化EPC承包工程为背景,详细论述了现代项目进度管理方法在EPC项目设备采购中的实际应用过程。论文首先指出EPC承包模式在炼化工程中的应用概况,引申出设备采购进度管理的研究意义,接着对相关的EPC管理理论进行了综述。论文第三章介绍了CEI抚顺焦化项目设备采购的进度管理机制;基于项目管理理论中进度管理的逻辑,在项目一级网络计划的基础上,第四章详细介绍了运用project进度管理软件对抚顺焦化EPC项目设备采购进度计划的制定过程,并对设备采购的具体作业赋予了相应的权重。完整的EPC项目进度管理远远不止于此,计划实施过程中的进度控制在实际的管理过程中尤为重要。基于项目设备采购进度的统计过程,借助于project软件,简述了设备采购进度计划实施过程中发生的进度偏差分析方法,列举了设备采购管理中可能会导致进度偏差的各项因素,并针对各项因素,给出了设备采购进度计划优化的纠偏方案;在论文的最后,总结了CEI设备采购进度管理研究过程中的不足,展望了成熟设备采购进度管理的发展方向,对类似工程的进度管理工作具有一定的参考意义。  
英文摘要:Abstract Large petrol-refining project usually adopts EPC contracting mode. Equipment purchasing throughout the whole process of engineering project management, contacting each link of engineering project——from design to production, optimization of design scheme, selection of equipment model, constructing installation and production preparation. Coordinating designing plan and construction schedule according project level network plan, formulating reasonable equipment purchasing schedule, improving equipment procurement management procurement, controlling implementation of equipment purchasing schedule effectively avails shortening the construction period, improving engineering quality and controlling construction investment. Therefore, research of equipment procurement methods and theory and the application in practical EPC project management is a significant issue in favor of achieving business objectives. Based on the background of CEI fushun EPC project, this thesis analysis the application of modern project management method in EPC projects equipment purchasing process. Firstly, the paper points out the general application of EPC contracting mode in petrol-refining engineering, extending the research significance of equipment procurement management.Then the relevant EPC management theory are reviewed. We described the schedule management mechanism of equipment procurement of CEI fushun EPC project in the 3rd chapter. Basing on the logic of project management theory, we introduced equipment purchasing schedule planning process using schedule management software on the basis of the first level network planning, and gave corresponding weights on the specific operation of Equipment purchasing in the 4th chapter. More than this, the schedul controlling in the course of scheme Implementation is more important to EPC schedule control. We resumed the schedule variance analysis methods in the course of implement of equipment purchasing schedule planning in view of equipment purchasing schedule statistics using PROJECT software, listed all factors that might cause schedule variance and fingered out the correcting scheme which could optimizate equipment purchasing schedule planning in connection with all factors. Finally, We summed up the research deficiencies in the process of CEI equipment procurement schedule management and looked forward to a matural direction for the development progress. Meanwhile, this research has certain reference significance to the similar projects.
