| 中文摘要: | 摘 要 21世纪以来,全球信息化、跨国企业兼并、企业强强联合,尤其是中国加入 WTO,对中国的企业将会带来巨大的冲击。中国的企业能否在机遇和挑战面前迅速转变观念和机制,关键取决于企业文化。因此,中国企业文化建设和健康企业文化渗透,是中国特色社会主义文化建设的一个重要组成部分,相对于经济、政治、文化的长远发展,其地位更加重要,作用更加突出,意义更加重大, 企业文化是20世纪80年代兴起的一种企业管理理论,它的诞生标志着企业管理由“以物为中心”发展到“以人为中心”的时代。企业文化建设作为一种管理实践是将企业在整个发展过程中形成的优良传统和企业精神提炼升华,整合成为全体员工广泛认同的、统一的价值体系和行为准则,以文化的力量激励企业员工,推动企业的长期发展。构建健康的企业文化,对企业的成长来说,是核心的因素,也是企业面对市场环境巨变的重要文化支撑。 2010年以来,富士康企业的“12跳”,成为全国的一个热点事件,一时间众说纷纭,各种猜测不断。其董事长郭台铭,背负着承重的压力,富士康到底出了什么问题?富士康的企业文化带给我们怎样的启示?带着这个问题,笔者以国内外大量文献为理论支撑,对代工制造型企业文化作了深入探究,以期通过对富士康企业文化现状的剖析,追溯富士康事件的根源,引发对企业文化的深思。据此,提出相应的改进策略,进一步促进众多制造型企业的文化构建。 本研究共分六个部分: 第一部分为绪论。该部分对本文的研究背景、研究目的及意义、研究思路及技术路线、研究特色及创新点作了介绍。 第二部分为理论研究综述。该部分进一步介绍了制造型企业及企业文化的概念及内涵,并对企业文化的理论和研究现状做了梳理,在此基础上阐述了企业文化的作用机理。 第三部分为富士康科技集团的现状分析。该部分介绍了该企业的发展历程和变革,进一步阐述企业文化的成因。 第四部分为富士康科技集团文化面临的困境。该部分以富士康为例,概括了该企业在企业文化建设上存在的问题,借以剖析我国目前制造型企业在文化建设上存在的共同问题。 第五部分为企业文化现存问题的改进策略和对制造型企业的针对性建议。该部分用以解决制造型企业在企业文化上存在的问题,并以富士康为例提出几点企业文化建设的建议。 第六部分为结论与展望。本研究以案例分析的方法,在该部分得出结论,为企业管理者提供理论依据,并对未来相关问题的研究进行了展望。 | |

This study is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction. The second part is theoretical research are reviewed in this paper. This part of the further introduced manufacturing enterprises and the concept and connotation of enterprise culture, and to the enterprise culture theory and research status comb, and based on this, this paper expounds the enterprise culture effect mechanism. The third part analysis foxconn group status. This section describes the enterprise's development and profiles, and further introduce the enterprise's cultural situation. The fourth department for foxconn enterprise to the enterprise culture enlightenment. Focus on foxconn's classic events analyze this type enterprise, and trigger to other enterprises enlightenment. The fifth divided into enterprise culture of the existent problems and the improvement strategy for manufacturing enterprise of countermeasures. This part to solve manufacturing enterprise in the enterprise culture, and the problems in foxconn, for example, puts forward several Suggestions for the development of enterprise culture. The sixth part is a conclusion and prospect. This study case analysis method, in this part of the conclusion, provides the theory basis for managers of enterprises, and the future of related problems of research is prospected. | |
