中文摘要:摘 要 作为一家高科技航天研究所,A研究所在成立不足两年的管理实践过程中遇到了各种各样的问题,包括各项管理制度的建立与规范、企业文化的构建、员工的快乐工作全面发展等等。员工工作满意度是现代企业关注的重要态度之一。通过对员工工作满意度的研究,了解员工对于组织各方面的满意程度,对于提高员工工作满意度,提高组织和员工绩效,促进员工的全面发展具有重要意义。 为了提高员工的工作满意度,提升组织的管理能力,规范组织各项管理制度与流程,A研究所决定根据管理中暴露出的各种问题展开员工工作满意度调查活动,以期进一步发现问题,解决问题,有针对性地提高A研究所的管理能力。 本文在对工作满意度的理论文献进行总结归纳的基础上分析了中外企业员工工作满意度研究的方法,通过采用问卷调查的方法对A研究所不同类型员工的满意度进行了实证研究,并得出基于员工任职期限、学历和员工类型等个人因素的员工工作满意度差异情况,为提高A研究所员工工作满意度提供了客观依据。同时,从制度与流程、人力资源管理、企业文化等方面为提高A研究所员工工作满意度提出对策和建议,以解决A研究所在调查过程中发现的问题,进而提高了员工工作满意度,提升了组织管理能力。  
英文摘要:Abstract As a high-tech Aerospace Institute, A Institute has met various kinds of problem during past tow years’ practice of management, including establish administrative rules, building enterprise culture, full-filling employee’s careers. Employee is one of the most important factors which will determine the corporate operating performance,and have a direct impact on customers satisfaction on products and services provided. As the subjective characteristics of employee satisfaction, there will be different opinions among different sub-groups of employee, the simple survey of employee satisfaction can not be fully revealed the problems and get the exact outcome of the employee’s satisfaction.Therefore, we should do analysis on different target groups during the survey to understand the needs of various target groups, and find the urgent projects which need to be improved. This paper, based on the study of A Aerospace Institute, analyzes the satisfaction issues.We simply introduce the methodologies used by Chinese and foreign employee satisfaction studies.Through the use of questionnaire, conversazione etc., we get the conclusion that the working time, education background and type of employee will affect the distribution of employee satisfaction. At the same time, we bring forward the suggestions from the aspects of administrative rules, HR management and the enterprise culture which have improved A Aerospace Institute’s employee satisfaction.
