中文摘要: | 摘 要 改革开放以来,中国经济高速增长,尤其是加入WTO以来,国内钢铁市场迅猛发展,钢铁企业之间的竞争日趋白热化,如何在这样激烈的市场竞争中长久地生存下来,是每个钢铁企业的所要面对的严峻现实。 上世纪末,作为国内最早的十大钢之一,太原钢铁集团公司在这场竞争中逐渐落伍,钢产量被挤出十强行列,在国内钢铁行业内的地位逐年下滑。面对这种情况,太钢认真研究了自己所面对的环境,确立了“建设全球最具竞争力的不锈钢企业”的发展战略目标。 本文站在太钢发展的角度,对全球及国内不锈钢产业的发展环境、国内外不锈钢企业的竞争态势及市场发展情况情况进行了研究,并对不锈钢产业的发展历史及趋势进行了分析,并运用战略管理分析方法对太钢所面临的外部和内部环境进行了剖析,论证了太钢不锈钢发展战略的必须性和必然性。 本文阐述了太钢如何实施不锈钢发展战略,及与不锈钢发展战略所对应的分战略,分析了太钢的规模成本领先战略、国际化战略、产品市场差异化战略,以及要保障战略实施所需要的文化与组织、资源与制度、环境与社会责任。 本文通过理论与实际相结合的研究,将太钢不锈钢发展战略进行了一次系统的、理论化的梳理,并提出太钢今后发展过程中实施不锈钢战略应予以关注的事项。希望本文的研究能对企业的发展提供一定的借鉴。 | |
英文摘要: | Abstract Since the reforming and opening, the China economy is growing fast, especially since China entered into WTO, the domestic steel market has developed rapidly, the competition among the steel producers becomes more and more fierce. How to survive and develop in the strong market competition is the grim reality that all the steel producers have to face up to. At the end of last century, Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co. Ltd. (TISCO), as one of the top 10 largest steel producers in China, gradually dropped behind and was forced out of the ranks of the top 10 steel producers by terms of annual steel output, its position in the domestic iron and steel industry declined year by year. Facing this situation, TISCO carefully studied its environments and set the development strategy and goal to “build TISCO into the most competitive stainless steel producer in the world”. The paper discusses, from TISCO’s point of view, the developing environment, the competitive situation and the market development of the stainless steel industry at home and abroad, analyzes the developing history and tendency of the stainless steel industry, analyzes the inside and outside environment that TISCO faces by using the relevant mode of the strategic management theory, explains the necessity and inevitability that TISCO sets its stainless steel development strategy. Section 4 and 5 of the paper describes in detail how TISCO to implement its stainless steel development strategy and the sub-strategies related to its stainless steel development strategy, analyzes TISCO’s scale cost leadership strategy, internationalization strategy and product market differentiation strategy, and analyzes the culture, organization, resources, system, environment and CSR needed to ensure the implementation of the strategies. By the research of combining practice and theory, the paper systematically and theoretically describes the development strategy of TISCO, proposes the matters of concern during TISCO implementation of its stainless steel development strategy in the future. We hope to provide some reference for the enterprise development. | |
