中文摘要:摘 要 2001年中国加入世界贸易组织后,在国外电机制造企业进入国内市场的压力下,中国电机制造企业无论从自身发展的需要还是从外部环境的要求来看,都必须重视市场竞争力的培育、发展、提高。在此背景下,本文基于市场竞争力理论,对山西电机制造有限公司竞争状态进行分析,进而对该企业市场竞争力的培育进行了研究。 本文从企业市场竞争力的基本理论入手,阐述了企业市场竞争力的含义、特征及评价和培育的基本理论。然后,通过对山西电机制造有限公司的市场竞争能力现状进行分析,从技术创新能力、市场营销能力、组织管理能力和企业文化四个方面,找出山西电机制造有限公司市场竞争力存在的不足;接着,对山西电机制造有限公司市场竞争力的环境影响因素进行分析,主要进行PEST分析和行业发展水平分析。根据以上分析的结果,借鉴国内外市场竞争力研究的最新成果,针对影响山西电机制造有限公司的市场竞争力影响因素,提出适合山西电机制造有限公司的培育策略,包括:通过产品的专业化整合和增强技术创新培育公司的技术创新能力;通过建立企业营销信息系统和建立有效的营销网络培育公司的市场营销能力;通过建立学习型组织和加强人力资源能力建设培育公司的组织管理能力;通过培育优秀的企业精神和实施品牌战略培育公司的企业文化。 本文重点分析了山西电机制造有限公司市场竞争力的现状和环境因素,提供了一套培育其市场竞争优势的方案,为企业今后的发展及市场竞争力的构建提供一定的理论指导和技术支持。  
英文摘要:Abstract In 2001,China joined the World Trade Organization.In the pressure of foreign motor manufacturers entering the domestic market,Chinese motor manufacturers,in the view of whether the requirements from their own development or the requirements from the external environment,must attach importance to the cultivation and development of market competitiveness. In this context,based on the Market competitiveness theory, this paper analyzed the competitive conditions in Shanxi Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd, and studied the cultivation of the market competitiveness. Beginning with the market competitiveness of the basic theory ,This article expounded the meaning of market competitiveness,character,and the basic theory of identification and cultivation,Secondly,from the technical innovation capability,marketing capability, organizational capacity and corporate culture,analyzing competitiveness in the market situation of Shanxi Motor Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.To identify the competitive presence deficiencies in Shanxi Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd.;Thirdly analysis of competitive environmental factors in Shanxi Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., mainly PEST analysis and the level of industry analysis. Based on the above analysis results, learning from the latest research results of the market competitiveness, for affecting factors of the market competitiveness in Shanxi Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd.Providing the cultivation of strategies for Shanxi Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd, including: through product specialization integration and enhance the company's technological innovation capability;through the establishment of marketing information systems and establishing an effective marketing network;through the establishment of a learning organization and strengthening of human capacity and nurturing the company's organization and management capacity;by fostering and implementation of good brand strategy and cultivating the spirit of corporate culture. This article provides a set of programs to enhance their competitive for Shanxi Motor Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.,analyzing the influencing factors for establishing the company's market competitiveness,providing some theoretical guidance and technical support for enterprises development and building market competitiveness in the future.
