中文摘要：	摘 要 经过几年的发展，太原不锈钢产业园区已初具规模，基本形成不锈钢为特色，集生产、加工、物流和贸易为一体的完整的产业而体系，但园区的产业抗风险能力弱，受宏观经济影响巨大，2009年由于受金融危机的影响，园区企业的生产订单急剧减少，开工普遍不足。在面对宏观经济的影响以及不锈钢产业日趋激烈的竞争，对园区产业的规划提出了挑战，如何调整产业结构，制定合理的产业规划，使之适应国内外市场的变化和抵御宏观经济的影响，同时促进山西的经济转型，实现园区的跨越式发展，这是迫切需要研究的一个重要课题。 本文正是基于这一研究目的，通过对国内外产业规划理论的研究，分析了我国不锈钢产业发展现状，在此基础上，结合不锈钢产业园区的发展实际，运用SWOT分析的方法，提出了园区的发展五大战略，并提出了相应的战略措施。该课题的研究对于不锈钢产业园区的发展，对于推进太原市新型工业化进程；加快山西经济调整结构；实现山西经济的跨越发展具有十分重要的意义。 本文共分为六章：第一章是绪论，主要介绍论文的研究背景和研究意义、研究内容和研究框架。第二章回顾了产业规划理论、战略管理理论以及SWOT分析工具，为全文的研究寻求理论支撑。第三章主要对我国不锈钢产业发展的现状及太原不锈钢产业园区产业现状进行了分析，并讨论了园区产业发展存在的问题，同时运用SWOT分析工具对太原不锈钢产业发展进行了分析。第四章研究了太原不锈钢产业园区产业发展战略定位及发展目标，并提出了今后产业发展的战略重点。第五章从特色产业体系构筑、重点产品方向的确定及重点产业项目的推进方面阐述了园区产业发展的实施举措。第六章是结论，对本文的研究进行归纳和总结。 本文的创新点在于，通过理论与实际相结合的研究，阐述了太原不锈钢产业园区产业发展的战略设想，并从可操作的角度，对不锈钢产业发展战略的实施提出对策和建议。
英文摘要：	Abstract After several years of development, and Taiyuan Stainless Steel Industrial Park has taken shape, and has formed its basic characteristics; it develops a complete industrial system to produce, process, and trade .However, the industrial park is weak in anti-risk ability, so it is easy to be affected by the macroeconomic economy . Especially in 2009 due to financial crisis, the park suffers from sharp decline in production orders, causing inadequate working hours. In face of the macroeconomic impact and increased competition in the stainless steel industry, it is a great challenge to make plans of the park. How to adjust industrial structure, to make rational industrial plans so as to adapt to market changes at home and abroad and resist the impact of macroeconomic, while promoting the economic transformation of Shanxi to achieve leapfrog development of the park, is an important topic to study. This article is based on the study of planning theory on domestic and foreign industry, and analyzes the current development status of China's stainless steel industry. On this basis, combining with the actual development of stainless steel industrial park, using SWOT analysis, it proposed five developmental strategies in the park and the corresponding strategic measures. The research projects for the development of stainless steel industrial park is good to accelerate the process of new industrialization in Taiyuan; to speed up economic structural adjustment in Shanxi; to achieve a leap in the economic development of Shanxi Province . This article is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is the introduction, introducing the research background and significance, content and research framework. The second chapter reviews the theory of industrial planning, strategic management theory and the SWOT analysis tool for the theoretical support for the full text studies. The third chapter is analysis on China Stainless Steel Industry Development and Industry Taiyuan Stainless Steel Industrial Park and the current situation, and discusses the problems in the park , at the same time it uses SWOT analysis tool to analyze the development of Taiyuan stainless steel industrial park . Chapter IV is about the industrial developmental strategic position and developmental goals of the Taiyuan Stainless Steel Industrial Park and proposed strategic focus for future industrial development. ChapterV is industrial system built from the characteristics, key products and key industries to determine the direction of the project aspects of the park to promote the implementatn of industry development initiatives. Chapter VI is the conclusion of this study. Innovation of this paper is the combination of theory and practice through research, and describs Taiyuan Stainless Steel Industrial Park industrial developmental strategic vision, and from the operational point of view it puts forward measures and suggestions.
