| 中文摘要: | 摘要 随着经济一体化进程的加快,加之国内市场竞争的不断加剧,商业银行生存环境的不确定性增加,面临着越来越多的信息不对称风险,而授信业务对我国商业银行来说,具有举足轻重的意义,其既是银行的主要利润来源,也是银行的主要风险源。因此,有必要针对这一现状分析我国商业银行目前授信管理中的一些已经过时或不适应的风险应对措施,并提出新的应对措施。本文采用文献调研、规范研究与实证研究相结合等多种方法,对商业银行授信管理应对措施进行了研究。 首先,本文对商业银行授信业务及其全过程进行了介绍,然后回顾了信息不对称的相关理论,并在此基础上运用信息不对称理论,从委托代理关系的角度,对商业银行授信业务的全过程进行了分析,为下文的问题分析做好了理论铺垫。 其次,本文对我国商业银行授信及其管理的独特性问题进行了分析,归纳了针对商业银行授信管理应对措施应该考虑的独特因素,然后介绍了商业银行在授信管理方面现行的主要制度和方法,并阐述了由于信息不对称在银行与客户和银行内部工作人员之间形成了委托代理关系及由此产生的问题,分析了问题产生的原因,为下一章授信管理对策的提出提供了思路。 最后,结合前文的分析成果,本文提出在贷前管理阶段,要深化银企合作的深度和广度,健全客户经理的相关管理制度;在贷中审查阶段,要建立风险经理管理制度,并根据授信项目特点,实现审批流程的差异化;在贷后管理阶段,要高度关注银行反欺诈问题,建立相应反欺诈制度;解决内部信息不对称问题要通过建立并完善相应的管理机制加以实现,如完善考核机制和薪酬支付制度、加强内部信息共享机制、创新约束机制等。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract With the accelerating process of economic integration, coupled with growing competition in the domestic market, the uncertainty of the living environment is increasing, the commercial banks face more and more information asymmetry risk, and credit business is very important for the commercial banks, because it is not only the main source of profit but also the primary sources of risk. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the credit management system of commercial banks which are currently is outdated or inappropriate, and propose new measures. In this thesis, we use literature research, normative and empirical study to analyze the credit management responses of commercial bank. Firstly, this thesis introduces the credit business of commercial banks and the whole process of it, and then review the theory of asymmetric information, on this basis, this thesis uses the theory of asymmetric information, from the perspective of principal-agent relationship, to analyze the whole process of credit business. Secondly, this thesis analyzes the unique nature of the credit and the credit management of China's commercial banks, summarizes unique factors which should be considered in the credit management of commercial bank, and introduces the credit management system and method of the commercial banks , and describes the agency relationship exits between banks and customers and bank staff because of the information asymmetry and analyzes the resulting problems and the reasons, in order to provide a guideline for credit management strategies. Finally, on the basis of the earlier analysis, this thesis proposes to deepen the cooperation between banks and the enterprise ,to sound the management systems of client managers in the first loan-management phase; In the second loan-management phase, this thesis proposes to establish the management system of risk managers, and to achieve approval process of differentiation according to credit characteristics of the project; In the post-loan stage, in order to pay more attention to a high degree of bank fraud, the bank should establish the appropriate anti-fraud system; in order to resolve internal problems of asymmetric information the bank should establish the appropriate management mechanisms such as improving assessment mechanism and salary payment system, strengthening internal information sharing mechanism, innovation the restraint mechanisms. | |
