中文摘要:半导体产业制程节点微缩及芯片整合技术的演进使产业内原本垂直分工的各类型厂商必须更紧密的合作解决诸多设计挑战,即产业正面临着一股许多业界人士所形容整合力量的出现:产业内服务接受者IC设计公司需要花更多的资源,与其它厂商合作才能成功开发一颗芯片,但同时还得面对越来越强大Time-to-market的竞争压力;产业内服务提供者(包括EDA工具商、硅智财厂商、设计服务厂商、晶圆专制厂及封装厂等)则莫不进行各类型产业内的整合活动(发起产业联盟,与其它厂商合作开发等)帮助设计公司解决问题以取得市场领先地位,但也花费比过去更多额外的资源与其它厂商之间的合作关系,即业内厂商皆面临需花费比过去大量之资源于与其它厂商协同合作之整合活动上。 选择晶圆代工新的区域:是从全球性战略性考虑,主要从创造竞争优势,才能大步领先跟随着的超越。而获利能力是企业持续营运的目的,必须有有效生产的显现才行,环境所迁动着企业的竞争决策,也必须从宏观的政治法,经济环境做考虑,同时微观的考虑是产品生命周期,产业结构,市场结构,市场需求状况而定,企业除了要不断做市场扩展,产品的创新开发,重要的企业内部的营运成本做有效管理及控制,当然从直接成本的考虑,如:土地选择,政府政策,人才成本,间接成本:如制程技术的创新,材料应用的突破,以上晶圆代工产业竞争分析,可作为的竞争策略拟定的方向,也是本研究做为讨论研究的方向  
英文摘要:Foundry sector will follow up the revolution of lithography and IC, For the huge challenge of IC design, the fabless industry have to closely co-work with the various vendor from up to down. So many people who worked for this sector will face the coming powerfulness. The service of industry must accept for spending time of IC designing company. They are willing to co0work others company to successfully develop one chip. At the same time, it must suffer so much pressure of the competition pressure due to the fact is the time to market. The service provider in this sector (including EDA tool makers, IP vendors, design company, fabless, IC package and so on, this constantly work the activity of consolidation ( kick off the allay of industry, cooperate to develop with others)., will help to fix the problem of design and further to win the leading in this market. But it will cost lots of money and extra resource to co-work with others. Also, the company in this sector will invest lots of resource to cooperate with supporting vendors. 1. To choose the new region for foundry sector, to consider the strategic from globe deployment, the main reason is to create the advantage of competition, and then leading the gab to follower. The main purpose of running is to gain the profit. Moreover, it will show the performance of productive. 2. The company makes the police of competition according to the change of environment. not only it see the view of macro, including the policy, economic environment but also consider the cycle of product, the construction of sector, market element, the demand of market. 3. The company will constantly expand the quota of market and deliver the innovation of R/D, the most important thing is to well control the cost and effective management. Certainly, the direct factor is to consider the cost, such as the choice of factory, government policy, labor cost, the indirect is to consider, such as the innovation of process technique, the application of new material. As above, the analysis of competition of foundry sector, enable to consider the approach how to make right goal. This topic become as a discussion of this study.
