中文摘要:摘 要 中国业已成为世界汽车产销第一大国,汽车电子化程度是衡量现代汽车水平的重要标准,和谐的历史机遇下,中国汽车零部件和汽车电子产业具有广阔发展前景。但嵌入全球价值链的企业多数尚处于中间环节,面临着上游下游的双向夹击,民族品牌积弱。有效的持续竞争优势构建乃是中国汽车产业价值链的一分子 —— 明晟电子向价值链两端迁徙和制造业微笑曲线高阶晋升的理性战略抉择。 基于战略管理视角并结合创新理念,聚焦于企业层面的持续竞争优势构建,笔者采用文献分析、系统整合、案例研究和实地调研的方法展开下述研究: 1.绪论:以新经济下汽车产业作为问题提出的背景,介绍了研究的目的、意义、方法,并归纳了研究内容和架构。 2.文献综述:聚焦竞争优势这一主题,从价值链与竞争优势、能力与竞争优势和战略与竞争优势三个视角回顾了相关文献,作为理论基础。 3.外部环境分析:从宏观环境到汽车产业、零部件产业,循序渐进式逼近汽车电子产业,进行产业五力模型分析并论述其发展动力和趋势。 4.能力提升与价值链优化:潜入企业内部寻觅异质能力修炼和优质资源积聚,实施柔性动态能力的培育;以竞争和顾客需求为导向,分析顾客价值的驱动因素并提出提升策略;基于微笑曲线及汽车产业价值链变革的趋势,优化价值链以铸造逆流而上和顺流而下的两翼,时刻做好鱼跃、腾飞的准备。 5.持续竞争优势构建:探寻势能的动力源泉,明晰的战略选择及创新、环保、文化之经营战略行动方案将成为竞争优势跃迁为持续竞争优势的有效途径。 通过企业层面的持续竞争优势研究,促使企业创新、降低环境成本,以精准定位、恰当规划来谋求企业自身飞跃,在动态竞争环境下力争上游甚或拔得头筹。企业个体的做强、做大并据此组建成为竞争力强悍的以价值链为纽带的企业集群,将是为把中国尽早缔造成资源配置最优、拥有自主创新实力和持续竞争优势的具有较大经济效益的世界制造中心而上下求索出的可行战略路径,对于汽车产业的振兴以及人与自然的和谐发展,均具有划时代的意义。 关键词:价值链 汽车电子 持续竞争优势 战略 顾客价值 
英文摘要:ABSTRACT China had developed into No.1 nation of the world on Automobile manufacture and sales, by extent of Automotive Electronics appliance as an important indicator for measuring the level of modern automobile. Under the harmonious political and economic environments, Automotive Electronics and Auto Parts manufacture industry is seizing opportunity of speedy development. Enterprises which has involved themselves into the Global Value Chain, still locate in the middle and low end of it, confronted with competition from both end, there is so few Chinese national brand. To build a Sustainable and effective Competitive Advantage is a rational strategy decisions for Ming. Sheng Electronics Co. Ltd., which is one segment of the Chinese Auto Industry Value Chain, engages moving to both ends of Value Chain and at the same time upgrading to higher level of Manufacturing Industry Smile Curve. The research is focus and concentrating on building enterprise microcosmic level Sustainable Competitive Advantage based on the view of Strategy Management and Innovation ideas. This paper can be divided into five parts based on theoretical literature analysis methods, multi-dimensional system integrated methods and case study, field investigate and survey methods: The first part, Introduction: introduces the context, CHINA Manufacture Industry and Auto Industry of new economy background. Describe the research purpose, significance, methods, and the content of paper and research framework. The second part, A Literature Review: mainly summarize the theory of Competitive Advantage, review the following key words, the Value Chain, Customer Values, the capability based view, core competitiveness, dynamic capabilities, strategic co-ordination, strategic co-operation, strategic flexibility. The third part, extra Environment Analysis: discuss on the function of Industrial Environment, including Auto, Auto parts and Automotive Electronics Manufacture Industry. Analyze the industry and competitors based on ‘the five forces’ framework. Describe tendency and motive force of Automotive Electronics industry. The fourth part, Capability promotion and Value chain optimization: cultivate flexible dynamic capabilities and accumulate high quality resource within the enterprise boundary. Customer requirement – oriented and competition –oriented, introduce Customer Value promotion tactics based on factors of customer value driving force. Carry the Value Chain optimization into execution, based on Smile Curve of Auto Manufacture Industry and alternation tendency. Make every preparation for moving to both ends of Value Chain and upgrading to higher level of Smile Curve., especially advancing the capability of buck against the value current or on the other hand floating downward with the value orientation alteration. The fifth part, building of Sustainable Competitive Advantage: the transparent decision- making of strategy alternative is one approach to acquire Sustainable Competitive Advantage, locate the fountain of competition potential energy, in addition to that, introduce a feasible implement strategy route to archive sustainability, including innovation strategy, environmental protection strategy and enterprise cultural strategy courses of action. At the end of paper, draws a conclusion. Focus on enterprise level research of Sustainable Competitive Advantage, which could show a solution for enterprises of Automotive Electronics industry. Stimulating strategy decision maker to concentrate on sustained innovation, reduce the cost of environmental pollution problem, carry precise strategy positioning into execution, in order to be in the lead of related industry in complex dynamic environment. Provide basis for enterprise growing up to maturity, in the mean time becoming greater and more intense, and acquire competitive powerful enterprise clusters linking by the Value Chain. For the benefit of the world manufacturing center construction, which not only make sense for Auto Industry promote and develop vigorously, but also make contribution for human being and environment develop together in harmony. It’s an epoch- making vision for Chinese enterprise to grasp every piece of opportunity based on Sustainable Competitive Advantage.
