| 中文摘要： | 面对市场全球化、用户需求个性化、竞争日益激烈的新环境的严峻挑战，企业如何根据供应链管理的思想理论与方法，跨越企业内部资源管理系统，在科学评价与选择的基础上，寻求和培育基于战略合作关系的战略性供应商，以提升自身的核心能力，赢得竞争优势，一直是近年来管理领域非常关注的一项重要研究课题。对于制造型企业来说,拥有一个有效的供应链是迈向成功所必需的一部分。合作是供应链管理的核心,而建立供应链上企业间的战略合作关系,则是供应链管理的重点。 本论文阐述了供应链管理的基本概念和理论，对供应链管理条件下的供应商与制造商之间关系的变化及如何建立战略伙伴关系进行了深入的剖析，强调了与战略性供应商建立战略合作关系的必要性。论文重点对战略性供应商的评价选择与管理问题进行了系统探讨，在全面分析和借鉴供应商评价的有关理论和方法成果的基础上，遵循理论与实际相结合、宏观与微观相结合的原则，以供应链管理理论为指导，结合电梯行业的特点，将模糊层次分析法应用到的供应商的评价和选择之中，针对OTIS公司讨论了战略性供应商的选择和管理方法。 论文的主要创新点是，深入到战略合作的高度和具体问题层面研究寻求和培育战略供应商问题，针对OTIS公司的实际情况进行了分析，提供了战略供应商的选择及冲突管理的优化方案。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Confronted with the increasingly severe challenges of the new environment characterized of the economic globalization of the world market and the individualization of the customers' demand, how enterprises, on the basis of scientific selection and evaluation, find and help their strategic suppliers develop based on strategic cooperation, so as to improve their core power and gain advantages in the competition. This has been an important subject confronting management science in recent years. This thesis illustrates the fundamental concepts and theories of supply chain management, and analyzes the changes of the relationship between suppliers and manufacturers under the condition of the supply chain management, with the emphasis laid on the necessity of the strategic cooperation relationship between themselves and the strategic suppliers. Aimed at OTIS, the thesis focuses its systematic discussion on the selection and evaluation of strategic suppliers, this thesis follow the theory and practice, combining micro and macro principles to supply chain management theory as a guide, combining the characteristics of the elevator industry will FAHP applied to the supplier evaluation and selection of presents the models for the evaluation and selection of strategic suppliers, discusses the method of selection of suppliers, and the thesis discusses supply chain conflict management. The creativeness in this thesis lies in the study of the determination and Nurturing of strategic suppliers from the view point of strategic cooperation based on the existing concrete problems, in the practical models operable constructed the selection and evaluation of strategic suppliers for OTIS. | |
