| 中文摘要: | 对每一个企业或者其他组织来讲,人力资源规划都是至关重要的。它是企业各项具体人力资源管理模块和工作的基础和指南,是公司总体战略目标实现和长远发展的可持续动力来源。因此,将某一个具体公司和人力资源管理相关理论相结合,开展对企业人力资源规划的研究,是具有相当程度的现实意义的。在钢管集团公司“十二五”期间全力实现大发展的背景下,本文对天津大无缝投资有限公司人力资源规划这一课题进行研究,目的是制定出适合该公司的人力资源规划方案,使该公司能够有效培养与使用人力资源,为公司整体发展战略提供人力资源方面的保证与服务,并最终实现公司经营目标,为钢管集团“十二五”大发展做出应有的贡献。 本论文的研究对象为天津大无缝投资有限公司,对该公司基本情况、经营环境及人力资源SWOT进行详细分析,以公司总体发展战略为指导,有针对性的使用人力资源相关理论工具,较为系统、全面的制定了天津大无缝投资有限公司人力资源具体规划。理顺了天津大无缝投资有限公司人力资源管理思路,明确了该公司人力资源管理“十二五”期间的工作重点,提出了解决方案。 本论文共分为六章。第一章为绪论;第二章为人力资源规划理论综述;第三章为天津大无缝投资有限公司概况及其发展战略;第四章为天津大无缝投资有限公司人力资源SWOT分析及规划思路;第五章为天津大无缝投资有限公司人力资源规划内容;第六章为结论和建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Human resources planning is significant to any organization. It provides human resources for development, and shows clear direction for human resources management, and then it will provide sustainable driving force for growing and developing of a company. Therefore it is of momentous current significance to research on human resources planning based on a specific company and theories of human resources. The paper researches on human resources planning of Tianjin TPCO investment Co., Ltd under the background of TPCO’s striving for fast developing in the period of the Twelfth Five-Year. It aims to analyze the company’s total strategy and essential factors of human resources deeply, and works out a human resources planning match to the company in order to cultivate and use human resources, serve for the total strategy and help the company to accomplish goals and make contributions to TPCO’s Twelfth Five-Year Plan. The paper studies Tianjin TPCO investment Co., Ltd, analyzing the company’s general information, especially its information about human resources. Next it analyzes the company’s business environment and human resources SWOT deeply, and then draws up its comprehensive complete and detailed human resources planning according to its total strategy, using human resources management tools. The planning makes the human resources work points in the Twelfth Five-Year clear, and provides solutions The paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is introduction; the second chapter is theory of human resources; the third chapter is general information and total strategy of Tianjin TPCO investment Co., Ltd; the forth chapter is human resources SWOT analysis and planning concepts; the fifth chapter is human resources planning contents of Tianjin TPCO investment Co., Ltd; the sixth chapter is conclusions and recommendations. | |
