中文摘要: | 近些年,企业信息化管理已经成为企业经营管理领域中炒得不能再热的话题了。而ERP更成为了企业信息化管理的核心内容,被很多国内外企业探讨、研究和应用。大多数企业在ERP应用过程中受益匪浅,经营效率的提升和管理流程的优化帮助企业打造了新的核心竞争力;却也不乏企业在应用ERP之后,经营效率下降、管理流程混乱,甚至对整体变革丧失信心,从而一蹶不振、走向灭亡。成功的应用案例证明了ERP的价值,而失败的应用案例也反映了ERP的风险。企业的管理者在大胆利用ERP的优势而险中取胜和谨慎拒绝ERP的劣势而坐以待毙的抉择过程中,仍然是举棋不定、进退维谷。随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,以及管理者对ERP系统的认识逐步加深,企业愈加迫切的需要深入了解ERP应用到底可以帮助企业实现如何的收益,并由此需要付出如何的成本,以及承担如何的风险。而在企业的实际应用过程中,管理者也需要了解如何可以降低ERP的成本和风险从而实现ERP的收益。 ERP作为企业资源规划管理的工具,其重点在于对企业钱财、物资、信息的全面整合管理,涉及财务、采购、仓储、生产、销售等一系列经营管理活动,以及上游供应商、下游客户的相关管理。因此,所谓ERP应用也必然是对企业全部业务的集成整合管理,这与部门级的信息管理系统是不同的。而本文也更加侧重于对生产经营、财务管理等业务全面且集成信息化管理需求迫切的大中型企业进行ERP应用的研究。分析ERP对于大中型企业的管理变革,以探知ERP可以帮助企业进行如何的改造,帮助企业获得如何的收益,又是怎样将收益转化为企业的核心竞争力的,以及ERP给企业带来如何的成本和风险,企业需要如何面对其产生的后果和影响。 | |
英文摘要: | Enterprise Information Management becomes more popular in Enterprise Operation Management area in nowadays. ERP as the core of Enterprise Information Management has been widely discussed, researched and used. Many of the enterprises have get much benefit from the ERP application, which help the enterprise enhance the management efficiency, optimize the business process, and build new core competitiveness. But there are also many enterprises reducing management efficiency, disturbing business process after ERP application, even losing of confident to business innovation and becoming depressed and doomed. The successful cases prove the value of ERP, while the failing cases reflect the disadvantage of ERP. Managers of enterprises are hesitating when choosing to take the risk of using ERP to gain the value of ERP or refuse ERP as well as the advantage of it. With the increasing market competition and ERP system knowledge of management, Enterprises get more exigent to understand the benefit of ERP application and the cost and risk of ERP applying. And managers also need to understand that how to reduce the cost of ERP applying and avoid the risk of it. As the tool of the enterprise resource planning, ERP integrates the management of capital, asset and information, as well as enterprise operation management including Financial Controlling, Supply Chain Management and Product Management. This thesis is focusing on integrating management of business process of large enterprise using ERP application, and help managers to analyze the benefit of ERP applying and the risk and cost of the ERP applying. | |
