| 中文摘要: | 摘 要 自中国加入世贸组织之后,越来越多的跨国资本登陆中国,纷纷在华投资建厂,他们已经成为中国经济的重要力量。随着全球经济一体化的加快,市场竞争日益加剧。市场的快速变化和新技术的不断涌现令越来越多的公司意识到,仅仅依靠产品本身来维持企业的竞争优势已经变得相当困难。压缩成本,提高运营效率已经成为公司在激烈的市场竞争中生存下来的制胜法宝。而一个良好的供应链管理流程不仅能缩短产品的交付时间,降低采购的总体成本,而且还可以从根本上优化从采购到销售的一整套运作流程。 在供应链的管理之中,采购是成本控制中的重要一环。采购是供应链的初始环节,对整个供应链成本的影响非常巨大。在当今这样竞争激烈的市场中,仅靠提升销售业绩来改善企业的盈利水平已经远远不够。很多企业已经将目光开始转向对采购环节的管理,并将其视为支撑企业生存和发展的第二利润源。“物美价廉”对采购人员来说有了更为丰富的意义。采购人员不仅仅要追求低廉的采购价格和优质的产品,同时还要得到稳定的合作关系和满意的售后服务。如何使企业在竞争中得到持续性的成本优势就成为一个很有研究价值的课题。 本文以科莱恩颜料(天津)有限公司(以下简称:科莱恩)为例,对化工企业的战略采购管理进行了深入的研究和分析。结合公司的实际情况,总结出一些较为实用的战略采购方法。本课题的研究目的在于为国内一些管理相对落后的化工类企业展示出值得借鉴的成本控制方法和战略采购的模式,为其实行战略采购提供了可靠的实战素材。 关键词: 竞争优势 供应链管理 战略采购 成本控制 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract More and more multinational companies have landed China’s mainland and became the significant part of Chinese economy since China entered WTO. Lots of overseas-funded enterprises were and are founded in recent years. With the economy globalization being deeply developed, the market competition has been from severe to severer. The rapid change of market and appearance of new technology make the enterprises recognize that they are hardly able to obtain the competitive edge only by the concentration on product quality, but on cost and operational efficiency. The outstanding SCM process makes it possible to shorten the lead time, lower the total cost of ownership and optimize the whole flow from procurement to sales as well. Procurement is the main part of cost control process in SCM, because it, as the very beginning of supply chain, exerts a crucial influence on the cost of whole supply chain. Nowadays, to upgrade sales can not be taken as the only way to improve company’s performance in the market. Millions of enterprises have turned their concentration to purchase control and considered it as the second source of profit. Excellence quality and reasonable price bring more meaning to the purchasers in such a circumstance. The target of purchaser to reach is not only to get low price and good quality, but also the stable supply and satisfying service. How to make the company own the availability to get everlasting cost edge naturally deserves to be researched with great value. The thesis makes a deep research and analysis on strategic procurement by the model of Clariant Pigments (Tianjin) Ltd (Clariant, for short in the thesis), and summarize some practical methods to implement the strategic procurement. The purpose of this thesis is to share some practical experiences on cost control and strategic procurement to the developing domestic companies in chemical area.
