中文摘要：	工业遗产旅游是在逆工业化的背景下出现的以工业遗产为主要吸引物的新型旅游。自20世纪90年代以来，工业遗产旅游在英、德等国家得到了长足的发展。但在我国，人们对工业遗产的保护和开发意识不强，工业遗产不断遭到破坏。 体验经济时代的到来，给工业遗产旅游的开发带来了契机。通过体验化的旅游设计，工业遗产的审美、历史、文化、社会价值能得到更好的推广。 本文在梳理工业遗产、旅游体验、体验经济等概念和理论的基础上，分析了体验经济与工业遗产旅游的内在联系。通过整理介绍国内外工业遗产旅游开发的经验，本文认为工业遗产能够立足于体验经济，借助体验化的手段，进行保护式开发。 通过研究国内外的工业遗产案例，本文归纳出工业遗产旅游主要有博物馆型、主题公园型、城市休闲文化型、创意产业园型和旅游房地产型等五种开发模式。本文还总结了基于体验的工业遗产旅游开发程序是设定体验主题，营造气氛和设计体验项目。
英文摘要：	In the context of de-industrializaion, industrial heritage tourism emerges as a new type of tourism, which featuring industrial heritage as major tourism attraction. Industrial heritage tourism has been of significant development in Britain, Germany and other developed countries since 1990s. In China, awareness towards protection and utilization of industial heritage is not so strong that some of them are threaten by destruction and elimination. Thanks to experience economy era, a great opportunity turns up for industrial heritage tourism. Through design of experience products, industrial heritage may have a good chance to achieve its aesthetic, historical, cultural and social value. With analysis of concepts and theories related to industrial heritage, tourism experience and experience economy, this dissertation explores the internal relation of experience economy and industrial heritage tourism. With study on the current practise of industrial heritage tourism, the dissertation accordingly deduces that based on the experience economy, industrial heritage tourism can be developed by means of experience products design. Based on the case study of foreign and domestic industrial heritage sites, this dissertation accordingly concludes the developed modes of industrial heritage tourism, that is, museum, theme park, city with recreative culture, creative indstry zones and tourism real estate, etc. the dissertation also indicates the planning procedure should include theme design, atmosphere creation and experience projects design.
