| 中文摘要： | 供应链管理是在全球制造业出现企业经营集团化和国际化的形势下提出的新型管理模式。现代商业管理中最显著的经营模式之一就是单个企业不再以单独的、自主经营的实体形式进行竞争，而是以其所在的供应链形式进行竞争。供应链管理追求的是商业流程上的卓越和完美，并代表着一种新的方法来管理与供应链上其他企业之间的业务和关系。 供应链管理思想是在信息与通信技术的不断进步基础上发展起来的。这些方面的技术发展使得在供应链成员之间压缩时间及共享信息成为可能。可以说，没有现代网络技术和信息技术的支撑，不可能产生供应链管理这一新的企业管理形式。供应链管理是计算机网络化发展给制造业的生产和管理带来的一次重大的革命性变革，供应链管理以因特网、企业内部网和外部网的建设为依托，使得在企业的供应、生产计划、物流和需求等方面形成同步化、集成化 本文从企业供应链管理理论的角度，对上海华普汽车制造公司供应链的整合及信息管理系统的实现进行全面的研究，详细剖析了华普汽车在实施基于供应链理论的企业管理信息系统过程中，对企业供应商和内部供应链业务流程进行整合的方法和步骤，并探究了信息管理系统实施后的绩效以及对于生产运营能力的提高。 本研究认为，企业信息化建设的下一个突破口将会是基于供应链管理理论的，融合了ERP、SCM、CRM、PDM、MES等管理系统，覆盖了企业内部、供应链关键成员之间的所有相关业务流程整合的信息系统。为打造基于供应链管理思想的管理信息系统，将需要对目前业务流程进行全面的变革和整合。 | |
| 英文摘要： | SCM （Supply Chain Management） is a new-type management mode which was advanced during the period that collectivization and internationalization appeared to the global manufacturing industry. One of the most prominent business modes of modern commerce is that competition of single enterprise doesn’t depend on herself but on supply chain. Supply chain pursues the excellence and perfection on the flow procedure. Moreover, supply chain represents a new way to manage the business and relationship with others enterprises on the chain way. SCM theory is developed on the base of progress on the information and communication technologies which makes reducing time and sharing information. That could be considered, without modern network and information technologies, supply chain is impossible appeared to us. Supply chain administration is an important innovation to manufacturing industry brought by computer network. Supply chain relies on internet, intranet and extranet which makes the procedures of supplying, producing, logistics and requirement synchronous and integrative. From the theories of supply chain administration, the thesis makes a deep research on the integration of supply chain and realization of information management system in shanghai HUA PU automobile, particularly analyzes methods and procedures on the flow integration of the exterior suppliers and interior supply chains when she pursues her way to information system. What more, the thesis investigates the information system’s after-running performance and enhancement of business capabilities. The research considers that next development point of enterprise information system will cover all interior members, key members on supply chain procedure based on supply chain administration, merging ERP, SCM, CRM, PDM, MES. In order to make information system based on supply chain ideas, it is necessary to carry out the total innovation and integration of the present flows. | |
