中文摘要：	本文基于项目评估的相关理论，结合力神公司的实际情况，在遵守国家关于工业项目评估有关要求的基础上，重点选取力神公司动力电池项目的市场需求及竞争环境进行评估，并在此基础上确定项目开发的产品类型、选择目标市场并做出销售量预测、估计产品成本和价格。然后，对项目进行初步经济分析，衡量项目在财务方面的可行性。 本文运用资料调查法和走访调查法对力神公司动力电池项目的市场需求和市场预测进行了评估，并对项目的竞争环境进行评估，结论如下：力神公司动力电池项目产品主要应用于电动车，2018年电动车用动力电池的需求预计为400亿瓦时，动力电池项目产品市场前景广阔。力神公司动力电池项目竞争程度较为激烈，力神公司由于其良好的企业信誉、坚实的技术基础和雄厚的资源、资金支持，实施动力电池项目的优势明显。 通过对力神公司动力电池项目市场环境的论证与评估，提出项目发展对策，为项目的投资决策和实施提供了依据和建议。本文运用现代项目管理的技术和方法，对力神公司动力电池项目进行的评估论证，具有一定的学术意义，同时也为力神公司今后进行项目评估论证提供了一个参考范式。
英文摘要：	Based on the theory of project evaluation, combining the Lishen company's reality, and in compliance with national requirements on industrial projects on the basis of assessment, this paper focus on selected Lishen company to analyze the market demand of the project of power battery and evaluate the competitive environment, and on this basis to determine the type of product development projects, select the target market and make sales projections, estimated product cost and price. Then, make a preliminary economic analysis of projects to measure the financial viability of the project. In this paper, to use the method of data survey and visits to survey the market demand of the project of power battery and assess market forecasts,and assess the project's competitive environment, the following conclusions: Lishen company’s products of the project are mainly used in battery electric vehicles, electric vehicles by 2018 demand is expected to use battery power to 400 billion watts, the power cell project market prospects. The project of power battery has a more intense level of competition, however Lishen company has obvious advantages, because of its good reputation, a solid technical foundation and abundant resources, financial support. Through evaluation of market conditions of the power battery of Lishen company, the paper proposes the strategies of project development and investment decisions in order to provided the basis for the implementation and recommendations. The paper use modern project management techniques and methods to assess the power battery of Lishen company , that has a certain academic significance, and also provides a reference paradigm.
