中文摘要:中国民营科技企业的诞生和发展是中国多年进行改革开放的重要成就之一。民营科技企业是我国技术创新,发展高科技、实现产业化的一支重要队伍,我国政府始终支持、鼓励和引导私营个体企业尤其是科技型中小企业健康发展。借此东风,民营科技企业迎来了好的机会,全国各地民营科技企业蓬勃发展,形成了一批有竞争力、有优势的大企业或企业集团。随着国际经济技术的交流,国内外市场的日趋统一,我国许多民营科技一方面面临着国内企业的竞争,另一方面也面临着国际大企业的激烈竞争, 如何能够使企业上一个档次、上一个规模可以说是企业产业化的主要内容和内在动力。因此,民营科技企业产业化的提出是一个自然的过程,是企业内外部环境的变化所决定的. 天津市森罗公司是一家由原中船重工七零七研究所与航天科工集团公司八三五八所科技人员发起成立的民营科技型企业,公司以气体调节设备与应用技术为产业发展方向,主要领域有:高压氮气系统应用;气调贮藏系统应用;低氧环境训练系统应用。该公司被列入国家星火计划项目并且已经通过了ISO9001:2000国际质量管理体系认证. 论文的第一章对作者写此论文的背景做了综述介绍了我国政府对于民营科技企业的扶持,民营科技企业在全国各地蓬勃发展,在此背景下森罗公司也逐步发展壮大,但是发展的同时,森罗公司的问题也暴露出来,同时对本文涉及到的核心概念进行叙述。 第二章对民营科技企业及森罗公司的环境进行了分析,指出了森罗公司的能力和不足。 第三章提出了森罗公司的战略规划,积极推进产品的研发、营销与商业化;着力从高端切入市场,提供高端的产品与服务等。 第四章主要针对森罗公司的现状和战略规划提出了改进措施,提出了从外到内,内外结合的改革措施。 最后一章为结论对本章内容进行了回顾。 本文采用了由一般到个别由理论分析与实际案例相结合的方法的演绎方法,首天津市森罗公司为实例采用了定性、定量分析方法研究了其在进行产业化之路上所遇到的相关问题,并且对私募融资,战略联盟,企业文化,公司治理等几个方面的理论来进行全面分析验证。  
英文摘要:The birth and development of SME is one of the magnificent achievements of china’s reform and open policy. SME has become a important force of technological innovation and high-tech development and industrialization realization. Our government consistent support, encourage and guide the SME to healthy development, especially the technology-based SMEs. Technical SME encounter a good opportunity that vigorous development nationwide and form a lot of competitive advantage enterprise groups gradually. but with the unification both domestic and foreign market and international economic and technical exchanges, SME in china have to face fierce competition not only from domestic enterprises but also from international. So, for the reason of making the SMEs get up on higher a class or higher scale, industrialization has become main inner drive motivation. Therefore industrialization for SME is a natural process which depends on enterprise’s outer market environment and necessary. Tianjin CNRO Science & Technology Development CO., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise, which is engaged in research and development of controlled atmosphere(CA) application technologies and manufacture of controlled atmosphere equipment. Most of our personnel come from NO.707 Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and NO.8358 Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation. Its registered capital is 10 million RMB. The scientific research and production base occupies 30,000 square meters. In 2003 our company passed ISO 9001: 2000 Quality System Certificate. The application fields include nitrogen system in the defense and petrochemical industry applications, controlled atmosphere (CA) fresh-keeping, ripening system in the store room of agriculture and food logistics applications as well as hypoxic environment system in sports training and fitness application. After nearly 10 years development, the company has their professional core technology, mastering a stable customer group, completed the market, setting up research, production supporting, management and after-sales service system, transition gradually from the manufacturing enterprise to industrialization. Based on the above two background, this paper discusses how to make such a good quality enterprise, doing best, getting bigger and stronger successfully and realized its strategic goals of the industrialization finally. The first chapter of thesis summarized the background that was introduced the government's support to SMEs and SMEs’ vigorous development, already formed a number of competitive corporations, under this background TianJian CNRO company also grows gradually, at the meantime, it’s problem also exposed. First chapter also expresses the core conceptions of the thesis. private equity strategic alliance, and the enterprise culture and other several important concepts. The chapter 2 expresses the environment of SME and CNRO. The chapter 3 discusses the strategy of CNRO Company. The fourth chapter raises some reform measures. The last chapter makes a conclusion to whole thesis.
