中文摘要:据统计,2008年中国手机网游产品达200款左右,其中MMORPG类手机网游产品占据主要的份额。该类型游戏故事情节丰富,吸引大量相对高端的用户,产品的收益率高、进入时机不受限制,市场空间较大,但是其寿命相对较短,而且风险较大。在200款左右的手机网游产品中,能够正常运营的游戏产品仅有10%左右,这主要是由于手机网游开发商并不具备完善的网游产品开发管理体系,产品缺乏“防外挂、防私服”的设计,导致用户体验差,甚至无法实现道具收费模式,因此无法顺利运营。同时,手机网游项目开发过程具有软件开发项目的高风险性,因而对手机网游项目进行风险管理研究是非常及时和必要的。 本文主要采用文献分析法。通过收集归纳国内外手机网游项目开发运营和软件项目风险管理方面的文献资料和学术研究成果,分析比较,主要从风险管理过程、组织保障等方面探讨手机网游项目的风险管理。 本研究还采用了实地调查法。本人走访了天津滨海高新区内多家手机游戏企业,观察、访谈、记录,得到了文献检索中不能得到的一手资料,利用作者的经验,将这些资料进行汇总分析,保证了本研究的顺利进行。 另外,本文还采用了案例分析法,通过对M公司《MOL》MMORPG手机网游项目的案例分析研究,充分识别该类项目的风险因素,并制定了相应的风险应对措施,对项目风险进行了有效控制。 本文首先回顾了风险管理的相关理论与方法,对现有的软件项目风险管理的理论体系进了比较分析;在第三章,介绍了M公司《MOL》MMORPG手机网游项目情况,深入分析了手机网游项目的特性,并从环境、要素、项目干系人、管理、技术、市场六个方面进行风险识别;第四章,运用FMEA技术对手机网游项目进行风险评估,并提出风险应对计划;第五章,以M公司《MOL》MMORPG手机网游项目为例,探讨了风险监控和组织保障;在论文的最后一部分,主要是对文章做了总体的回顾,提出了论文的创新点、不足之处以及后续研究。 通过运用恰当的研究方法,本研究达到了预期的目的:对软件项目风险管理的理论和方法进行适当的总结和消化,根据MMORPG手机网游项目的特点和项目环境进行具体分析,采用SEI的风险管理过程模型,对M公司《MOL》手机网游项目风险进行识别、评估、计划、跟踪和应对,最终形成一套完整的MMORPG手机网游项目风险管理体系和策略,探索出一条适用MMORPG手机网游项目风险管理的过程和方法,总结出适用于MMORPG手机网游项目风险管理的模型。  
英文摘要:According to the stastistics, the number of China’s mobile online games reached 200 in 2008; among which, the MMORPG mobile online game products shared a major part over all. This kind of games have rich story which attracted a large number of hi-end users. Therefore, this kind of products have the following features: high rate of return; unrestrained timing of entering mareket; large market space. However, the life of the products is reletively short and the risk is high. In these 200 mobile online games, there are only 10% games could operate normally. The major reason is that the developers don’t have complete development management system of online products. These companies couldn’t operate their products because of the lack design of “anti-DNF、anti-private weaver” system, thus the users have poor experiences, or the props charging mode could not be achieved. Meanwhile, the process of devloping the mobile online game projects has high risk, so it’s necessary to carry out the research of risk management. This thesis adopts the document nalysis method. In the ways of collecting the documents and reserch results on the project development and operation, and the software projects risk management in domestic and foreigh mobile online games, it probes the risk management of mobile online game projects from the aspects of the risk management process and organization ensurance, etc. This thesis adopts on-the-spot investigation method. The author visited some of the mobile games enterprises in Tianjin Binhai Hi-Tech Industrial Development Area and get first-hand data. The author collected and analyzed these information by the experience, which ensured the smooth process of this research. Besides, the thesis adopts case analysis method. By the case analysis research of the “MOL”MMORPG mobile online game project of M company, it identifies the risk factors of this kind of project, and makes out the risk responding measures reletively and control the project risk efflectively. First of all, this thesis reviews the theory and methods of risk management, and makes comparative analysis of the existing risk management system of software system. In the Chapter III, it introduces the “MOL”MMORPG mobile online game project of M Company. It analysizes the characteristics of mobile online games, and carries out the risk identification through the six risk factors including environment, elements, project stakeholders, management, technology and market. Chapter IV adopts FMEA technology to carry out risk assessment of mobile online games, and put forward responding programs. Chapter V takes the example of “MOL”MMORPG mobile online project of M Company, and probes the risk control and organization ensurance. In the last part of this thesis, it makes a general review and put forward the innovative points and shortcomings of this thesis for further research. Through approprite research methods, this research reaches the expected purpose: summarizing and analyzing the theory and methods of risk management of software projects; based on the concrete analysis of the characteristics and environment of MMORPG mobile online games projects; adopting SEI risk management processing model, identifying, assessing, planing, tracking and responding toward the MOL mobile online game project of M Company, finally, it forms a set of complete risk management system and strategies of MMORPG mobile online game project, and explores a process and method adaptive to MMORPG mobile online games project, and summarizes risk management model daptive to MMORPG mobile online games project.
