| 中文摘要: | 世界经济全球化给国内汽车行业带来了新的挑战,为了获取生存和发展,国内自主品牌汽车企业已经开始集中力量在供应链物流管理上取得竞争优势。在汽车供应链体系中,零部件入厂物流最为复杂,但具有可控性。如果入厂物流模式合理高效,可以大幅度降低供应链的物流成本,带动供应链管理水平的提高。国内自主品牌企业恰恰在零部件入厂物流环节同国外汽车企业存在差距,所以迫切需要进行物流模式的变革。而循环取货这种高效率、低成本的物流模式则是解决目前国内汽车企业难题的一把钥匙。 本文是以天津一汽这家传统的自主品牌企业为案例,从循环取货的物流模式和后补充看板的信息流模式两条主线入手,首先对循环取货物流模式和后补充看板模式的相关理论进行阐述,研究了循环取货的设计思路和后补充看板的理念。接着,引入天津一汽的案例,通过对比天津一汽和一汽丰田的物流模式之后,分析天津一汽的问题点以及实施循环取货的动因。然后,对天津一汽循环取货和后补充看板的模式设计进行论证,研究了循环取货路线设计方法以及看板的运作流程和看板循环的设定方法。最后,本文分析了天津一汽循环取货和后补充看板的实施,分析了组织体系的变化,并提出了循环取货和后补充看板的导入流程及实施要点。 论文研究的目的旨在通过对天津一汽实施循环取货的研究,为我国制造业提供实施循环取货及后补充看板的思路和建议,以有效降低物流成本,提高核心竞争力。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The globalization of the world economic bringing new challenges to domestic automobile producing companies, for surviving and developing many companies are concentrating on building competitive advantage on supply chain management. In the automotive supply chain system, inbound logistics is very complicated, but it can be easily controlled. Reasonable and efficient organization of inbound logistic can shorten production cycle, greatly reduce the cost, and improve supply chain management level. There is a great distance between domestic automobile producing companies with foreign in parts inbound logistics, so they need to change in logistics model. Milk-run, which is a high efficiency and low cost logistics model, can solve the problem of domestic automobile producing companies. This thesis is based on Tianjin FAW Xiali Automobile CO.,LTD(TFC), which is a traditional self-owned brand. Firstly, it elaborates the theory of milk-run and pull system in detail, researches the design method of milk-run and idea of pull system. According to compare the logistics model of TFC with Tianjin Faw Toyota Motor CO.,LTD(TFTM), the second part analyzes the problem of TFC and the cause of implementing milk-run. Thirdly, this thesis demonstrates the planning of milk-run and pull system of TFC, studies the planning method of milk-run route, researches the operation process and the setting method of kanban circle; Lastly, this thesis analyzes the implementing process of milk-run and pull system and the change of organization structure, proposes the essential and the import process of them. The objective of the thesis is trying to through a study of the TFC’s case, provide some ideas to Chinese big companies, who intend to implement milk-run and pull system, to optimize their logistics cost and to improve their core competence. | |
