中文摘要:随着经济全球化的发展与互联网络的普及化程度不断提高,全球化的市场逐步形成并日益成熟。尤其是,在我国加入WTO之后,我国的企业直面来自于国内外的激烈竞争。如何提高企业在市场上的竞争力,最终实现企业基业常青的目的,成为企业管理者追求的目标。在企业中,营运资本的管理起到了日益重要的作用。 G公司是美国一家具有120多年生产汽车涂料的企业,其业务早在90年代就已深入中国,在中国设有两个独资子公司。汽车涂料行业兴盛与否,与汽车的产量息息相关。中国的汽车产量2009年底以一千三百九十万辆 ,超过美国居世界第一位, 2010年达到一千五百五十万,预计2015年会突破两千万辆。面对这如此巨大的汽车市场,G公司高级管理层果断进行了战略转变-扩大其在华的投资,而这一战略的实现需要强大的资金后盾做为支持。但由于其内外环境的变化所导致的利润空间的减少,促使G公司的管理层作出了重新审视营运资本管理所存在的问题,并对其进行改进,更好的适应市场的需要和企业战略的转变。 本文首先从营运资本的发展历史和相关概念入手,得出营运资本对于企业发展至关重要。其次,从G企业的所处的产业环境入手,对该企业进行SWOT 分析之后得出了这些影响因素导致企业战略的变化-扩大投资,用以迎合良好的市场前景。但扩大投资需要强大的现金流作为支撑,但原料成本上涨、导致利润空间减少,使得企业不能单纯依靠利润来实现这一战略。因此公司管理层决定通过改进营运资本来扩大经营现金流,从而增加现金流的流入。第三,分章对G公司营运资本管理改进的三个组成部分:应收账款、存货、应付账款加以分析,论述G 公司如何使本企业在保证销售和利润的增长的前提下,改进营运资本,支持本企业的投资现金流出。最后,对G公司的营运资本改进成果加以总结,并提出了作者的一些改进建议。  
英文摘要:With the development of economic globalization and popularization of the Internet the constant increase in the global market to gradually develop and become increasingly mature. In particular, after China's accession to WTO, China's enterprises face intense competition from abroad. How to improve the competitiveness in the market, the ultimate purpose of evergreen enterprise, the enterprise managers to pursue the goal. In business, working capital management has played an increasingly important role. G company is the one with 120 years of U.S. production of automotive coatings business, the business had been further back in the 90s in China, sets up two wholly owned subsidiaries in China. Automotive paint industry thriving or not, and car production are closely related. The end of 2009 China's auto output to 13.9 million, more than the U.S. ranking first in the world in 2010 to 15.5 million in 2015 will exceed 20 million. The face of such a huge automotive market, G senior management conducted a strategic shift decisively - to expand its investment in China, and the implementation of this strategy requires strong financial backing as a support. However, due to changes in its external environment caused by the reduction in profit margins, prompting the company's management made a G to re-examine the problems of working capital management, and to improve it, to better adapt to market needs and business strategy change. In this article, firstly, introduce the development of working capital from the history and related concepts, obtained working capital for enterprises development. Secondly, from the G industrial environment in which businesses start, after the companies reached a SWOT analysis of these factors lead to changes in business strategy - to expand investment in China to meet the good market prospects. But the expansion of investment needs strong cash flow as a support, but the rising cost of raw materials, resulting in reduced profit margins, profit making companies can not simply rely on to achieve this strategy. Therefore, management decided to expand working capital by improving operating cash flow, thereby increasing the inflow of cash flow. Thirdly, the sub-chapter on the G improved working capital management company of three components: accounts receivable, inventory, accounts payable, analyzed, discussed how the G company in the enterprise to ensure growth in sales and profits under the premise of improving working capital to support the business investment cash outflow. Finally, the company's working capital improved G to summarize the results and put forward a number of recommendations for improvement.
