中文摘要:随着经济的发展和企业间竞争加剧,越来越多的企业一改以往大而全的经营模式,产业细分与行业间合作正在逐步升温。第三方物流是社会分工不断细化的产物,是现代企业物流未来发展的主要方向。在许多发达国家,第三方物流的服务几乎涉及了每一个行业。汽车、医药、化工品、快速消费品、电子科技产品等行业,都是第三方物流企业的最普遍涉及的领域。 本文主要针对快速消费品行业,分析了第三方物流在该领域内向企业提供第三方物流的可行性以及实践策略。 一方面,虽然第三方物流的服务覆盖多个领域,但第三方物流在未来的发展之路上,必须结合其自身能力,进行准确的市场定位,提供差异化的服务,使企业自身具有核心竞争能力。另一方面,作为主要提供人们日常生活用品的快速消费品行业,正随着人们生活水平的提高而不断蓬勃发展,对第三方物流的需求也在不断扩大,从而为第三方物流在该领域的发展提供了广阔的空间。 在分析了第三方物流定位于快速消费品行业的背景后,本文首先对目前我国的第三方物流在快速消费品行业的实践现状进行了阐述。我国的第三方物流由于起步较晚,发展水平较低,无论服务质量和物流基础设施建设,都尚不能完全满足快速消费品行业对物流外包业务的要求。本文结合了快速消费品的行业特征,分析了由这些特征所导致的该行业对第三方物流服务的需求特征。由此指出,我国的第三方物流在快速消费品领域中提供物流服务时过于一般化,没有对服务对象的需求特征进行全面了解,导致所提供服务方向与需求方向并不完全匹配。 鉴于以上分析,文章在第四部分对第三方物流与快速消费品的物流合作,提出了行业一般性的建议。首先,第三方物流企业在向快速消费品企业提供服务是,要注重提高整个物流过程的快速响应能力。其次,第三方物流企业需要对快速消费品频繁而多变的物流需求波动进行预测。最后,第三方物流作为服务的提供者,需要及时了解服务对象的满意度。并且结合快速消费品物流的特点,进行有效的评估,同时加以改进。 最后一部分中,文章以OOCL公司与可口可乐公司在物流项目上的合作为例,分析了该项目合作的背景,可口可乐物流需求的特征,以及OOCL在提供物流服务时所遇到的问题。结合这些特征以及文章前一部分所提出的行业一般性策略,最终对OOCL为可口可乐所提供的物流服务提出了具体的有针对性的改进意见,包括建设快速响应的物流体系,对物流服务需求的预测,以及提高可口可乐客户满意度的具体办法。 文章所提到的问题,具有行业的普遍性。通过有代表性的案例,加以阐述并给出了创新的解决方案。为第三方物流在快速消费品领域的未来发展,以及两个行业在未来的互动合作,提供了一些后续研究的基础。  
英文摘要:With the development of world economic, industry upgrade and division is gradually increased. 3PL(Third-party logistics) is the result of industry division, and refers to almost every industry field in many developed country, including mobile car industry, medical industry, chemical industry, FMCG(Fast moving consume goods) industry, technical industry and so on. This thesis mainly focus on the development of 3PL in FMCG field, and provide some creative proposal to 3PL companies, which has or will have business in this field. Although third-party logistics companies provide services to almost all the industries, but the most important to a third-party logistics company is the core competence, which is hard to copy by other peers. Normally for a third-party logistics company, the core competence means to competitive market positioning, particular client groups, as well as individual services which is totally satisfied customer’s special demanding. On the other hand, with the development of FMCG industry, the logistics service demand is enlarged gradually, which will provide a potential large market to 3PL companies. In China, currently, the third-party logistics just got the first step of development in our country. Traditional services such as warehouse and transportation are still the mainly functions. However, due to an optimistic attitude to Chinese economics in long-term, some multinational and domestics logistics companies are investing to construct logistics network and basic facilities, in order to occupy the logistics market in near future. FMCG (Fast moving consume goods) is one of the industries, which most need the service of third-party logistics. This thesis mainly stands in the point of third-party logistics, to analysis the way of provide logistics service to FMCG industry. Base on the analysis of special demands for FMCG industry’s logistics, here gives some proposals to focus on interaction between FMCG companies and third-party logistics. Quick response, service demand forecasting, and customer satisfy concerning are all the popular points in current FMCG logistics field, and here will give some creative solutions on how to improve the performance for 3PL companies who will develop their business in FMCG field. Moreover, in the last section of thesis, OOCL Company’s logistics project was took as an case study, to find some solutions and give some suggestions to companies which will develop their third-party logistics business in FMCG field. This article is foreseeing the bright future of third-party logistics, which will provide the services not only including traditional warehouse and transportation function, but also the relevant service like logistics consulting, management, training, as well as supply chain design and optimize. And the third-party logistics company will take the role as a bridge between source supplier and customers in terminal.
