中文摘要: | 摘 要 建筑业是我国国民经济和社会发展的重要支柱,建筑业的发展直接影响国民经济的运行态势。改革开放以来,中国的民营建筑业企业得到了快速发展,并已真正成为我国建筑业的重要组成部分,而且是最活跃、最具潜力、最有发展前景的部分。民营建筑业企业的发展对整个中国建筑业乃至整个中国经济社会产生了积极的影响。伴随着民营建筑业企业做大、做强,并逐步走向规模化和品牌化,作为一种外树形象、内强素质的最新最科学的管理手段——企业文化建设也自然而然地被引入到各民营建筑企业当中。但是,由于自身的条件的限制,民营建筑企业在企业文化建设方面面临许多困难和误区:一些企业盲目照抄照搬国外著名公司的企业文化;还有些企业由于生存压力只注重短期的经济效益,忽视企业文化的建设。这些错误的做法,自然无法建设有自身特色的优秀企业文化,也必然阻碍着民营建筑业企业的进一步发展。 未来企业的竞争将突出体现在企业文化力的竞争上,企业文化管理将是继经验管理和科学管理之后的一种新的管理方式。在文化管理日益受重视的今天,民营建筑业企业面对日益激烈的市场竞争,必须加强企业文化建设,以此改善经营管理,为企业的发展提供持久的内在动力。 作者觉得有必要研究内蒙古东方路桥集团采取差异化策略建设符合自身特色的企业文化的过程。通过研究为什么要采取差异化策略以及该策略如何具体实施等问题,探索其企业文化建设的成功经验,为其他民营建筑业企业的企业文化建设提供一些有益的参考。 本文共分五章:第一章以中国民营建筑业企业的快速发展和企业文化建设遇到的问题为背景,从而引发本文的研究意义、研究目的;第二章对相关企业文化的理论进行回顾;第三章总结了民营建筑业企业的特点和企业文化的特点,以及企业文化建设的现状;第四章在前几章的基础上对目前民营建筑业企业文化建设遇到的几个关键问题进行了详细的分析,并提出了民营建筑业企业文化建设的总原则、具体原则和具体方法、措施;第五章通过对东方路桥集团企业文化建设的实例进行分析,对如何培育有特色的民营建筑业企业文化提供了实际解决方案。 关键词:民营建筑业企业 企业文化 差异化策略 | |
英文摘要: | Abstract The construction industry is an important pillar in the national economic and social development. The development of construction industry influences the movement situation of the national economy directly. By the policy of reform and opening-up, private construction enterprises have developed rapidly, and have truly become an important part of our construction. and they are the most active, the most potential of China construction industry. The development of private construction enterprises has a positive impact on the whole of china's construction industry and the whole Chinese economic and social. Accompanied by the private construction enterprises to be better, they gradually went to regular and branding. As a kind of the latest and most scientific management method, corporate culture would inevitably be introduced into the building of the private-owned enterprises to set up enterprise image and increase enterprise power. For own shortcomings of the private construction enterprises, They build corporate culture encounter many difficulty and some of them are in the wrong method in construction of corporate culture: Some enterprises copy blindly those foreign famous company's corporate culture; Some other companies only focus on short-term economic performance due to business pressure of survival and ignore the corporate culture development. In these erroneous ideas, the companies can’t build corporate culture with their own characteristics. This will hinder the further development of private construction enterprises. The future of the competition will give prominence to the corporate culture of competition. The corporate culture becomes a new management method after the experience and scientific management. People are now more and more importance to corporate culture. The private construction enterprises face increasingly heated market competition must pay great attention to building corporate culture to improve management and provide a lasting power of the inner for development of the enterprise. The author thinks it necessary to study the process of Oriental road and bridge group build corporate culture with his own characteristics by differentiation strategy. Through study Why adopt the differentiation strategy and how to specifically implement this strategy, we can get some successful experience and useful reference in building corporate culture. This article falls into six chapters: The first chapter takes the background that the private construction enterprises in china's rapid development and the problems of corporate culture construction, then bring out the research aims and significance of this article. The second chapter, reviews the theory of corporate culture. The third chapter sums up the private construction enterprises and corporate culture characteristics and cultural development of enterprises. The fourth chapter make a detailed analysis to several key issues in building corporate culture of the private construction enterprises, and have proposed the general principles and some specific methods of the construction of private construction corporate culture on the basis of earlier chapters.
