中文摘要：	计算机软件行业的快速发展，已经吸引了越来越多的企业加入进来，同时也加剧了这一行业的市场竞争。近些年来，软件行业虽然取得了长足的进步，但是中小软件企业在一些方面和大型软件企业相比还存在一定差距，例如软件产品的质量。如何提高产品质量来满足客户的需要，在激烈的市场竞争中赢得优势是中小软件企业必须面对的问题。中小型软件企业的项目质量管理水平直接影响其软件产品的质量。 目前，各种软件项目质量管理体系已经比较成熟，并已经成为国际标准，但是由于中小型软件企业还未形成较大规模，在软件项目质量管理上不适合直接照搬。本文首先通过多种途径对中小软件企业产品质量进行了调查，对软件项目管理的过程进行研究；接着分析了影响项目质量的各种因素，并整理出存在的问题和原因；最后根据企业的实际情况，并借鉴了先进的质量管理观念和方法，提出了软件项目质量管理的策略与方法。坚持软件产品质量策略；在项目整个生命周期内实施质量管理并注意持续的改进；加强质量计划、质量保证和质量控制管理；优化组织结构，加强人力资源管理，培养专业的项目经理，善于使用管理和技术方面的工具。 本文以A公司为例，对于中小型软件企业软件开发项目质量管理策略与方法进行实施并进行实施效果评价，充分证明了其对于中小型软件企业的应用价值。
英文摘要：	With the rapid development of computer software industry, more and more companies have come into this industry, which brings the incentive competition. The software industry has made an obvious progress, but to middle-small enterprises there are still many aspects need to be meliorated compare with large enterprises, such as software quality. How to make products of quality is the key element when middle-small software companies want to gain predominance in incentive market competition. The level of the project quality management affects the software product quality directly in middle-small enterprises. Currently, kinds of software project quality management system is mature, some of them have become standard of the world. Most of middle-small enterprises are not fir for these management standards because of the scale of enterprise. This thesis investigated software product problem and project quality management process of middle-small software enterprises with many methods firstly; then analyzed the problems and reasons for project quality management; At the end, the thesis brought the strategy and method to project quality management. Implement software product quality strategy; Implement the quality management in the whole project life cycle and keep improving, enhance the quality plan, quality assurance and quality control management; optimize the organization, enhance the human resource management, train the project manager, to be good at use the tools of management and technology. This thesis uses company A as an example, implements the software developing project quality management strategy and method of middle-small software enterprises , and then analyzes the effect, which is proved to have the application value for middle-small software enterprises.
