中文摘要：	摘要 企业要在激烈的市场竞争中生存和发展，必须提高自身的新产品开发能力，特别是在金融危机爆发之后，如何在保证产品高品质和低成本的情况下，快速的将新产品推出市场，抢得先机，是企业急需解决的问题。而并行工程，作为近年来出现的一种新型产品开发模式以及产品开发组织的管理方法，是一种集成、协同的新产品设计和开发的系统化方法，能够帮助企业快速有效的对市场的多样化需求做出反应，同时也对提高企业的核心竞争力有重要的战略意义。 首先，企业要能够成功的实行并行工程，就必须有效的对产品的并行开发过程进行组织和管理，同时，新产品的并行开发过程也集中体现在系统化集成的工作方式上。本文首先对并行理论进行了阐述，然后结合S公司LCD显示器新产品的开发现况，针对并行工程方法在S公司LCD显示器的新产品设计过程中的应用，以及面向产品全生命周期管理的PLM系统的集成框架作为新产品开发过程的管理控制工具，对整个开发过程管理进行的应用分析。 并行工程理论是相对于串行模式提出的开发理论，本文通过对并行工程的理论和S公司的开发经验的分析，认为并行工程是对S公司的新产品开发进行改进的有效手段。S公司应用基于并行工程方法建立的新产品开发模式，取得了良好的效果，为企业进一步综合实施并行工程作了一些积极有益的研究和尝试。 关键词：并行工程 新产品开发 PLM 产品数据管理
英文摘要：	Abstract Enterprises in the fierce market competition to survive and develop, they must improve their ability to develop new products, especially after the financial crisis, how to ensure product quality and in the case of low-cost, quick-to-market, seize the initiative, is the enterprise urgent problem. And concurrent engineering, in recent years, emerging as a new product development model and philosophy of the management of product development, which is an integrated, collaborative product design and development of new systematic approach can help companies quickly and effectively on the market respond to personalize needs, but also on improving the core competitiveness of enterprises as strategic importance. First, the enterprises should be able to successfully implement concurrent engineering, to be effective concurrent product development process organization and management, while the parallel development of new products is also embodied in the systematic integration of the working methods. This paper first expounds the theory of concurrent engineering and then combined with S company new products status, which use concurrent engineering methods as for LCD monitors in the S companies new product design applications, and system integration framework for PLM as an enterprise products development process management control tools, for the management of the entire application development process analysis. Concurrent engineering theory is put forward with respect to the development of the serial model theory, this paper through concurrent engineering theory and analysis of the S company's development experience, that concurrent engineering in the S company's new product development to improve the effective means. S company application based on concurrent engineering methods to establish the new product development model, and achieved good results, for enterprises to further consolidate the implementation of concurrent engineering have made some positive and useful study and try.
