中文摘要：	我国实施改革开放政策以来，国民经济迅猛发展，中国已经处于世界工厂中制造业的重要一环。2008年金融危机，对中国制造业造成重大冲击，许多企业举步维艰。 本文引入精益生产理论体系和丰田公司实施的精益生产模式，对国内制造业现状进行深入分析，找出问题的症结是：我国企业对现代化市场的特征缺乏全面、系统、准确地理解，生产技术和管理远远不适应现代化市场的要求。提出中国制造业要生存发展，必须根据环境变化，及时调整发展战略，建立企业核心竞争力，在持续不断的提供客户满意产品的同时，追求利润最大化。中国制造业必须深入学习精益生产理论体系，借鉴丰田公司实施的精益生产模式，对企业的生产技术和管理进行全面的、卓有成效的改进。本文根据精益生产理论体系和丰田公司实施的精益生产模式，结合中国制造业的现状，从供应链环境下的精益生产方式研究和精益生产在制造业现场改进的实施两个方面，提出了对中国制造业进行系统改进的设想；研究目前中国制造业在实施精益生产时，应采用的方法与规避的问题；从外部供应链环境到内部现场生产环境，提出实施精益生产的方法与策略；同时建立一套审核评价体系，以使在实施精益生产之后，保证改进的成功。本文较为详细地介绍了天津奥的斯公司实施精益生产的案例，通过案例证明了制造业进行实施精益生产模式是帮助企业摆脱困境的有效途径，并验证了在企业实施精益生产时，一定要根据企业自身状况实施量身打造适应国内制造业的精益生产模式的重要性。笔者最后进行了结论性研究，提出四个方面问题有待于需要继续努力研究和通过实践解决。
英文摘要：	Since Economic reform and open to the world, our National Economy has been developing so fast that China has been the very important section of world manufacturing chain. A lot of Chinese manufacturing Enterprise have been suffering the 2009 world economic crisis. In this thesis, basing on Lean Manufacturing Theory and Model of Toyota, we deeply analysis domestic manufacturing industry situation and find the root cause is: Domestic Enterprise didn’t understand of characters of modern market accurately and systematically and their productivity and managing skills can’t satisfy the requirement of market. So this article purpose that： To survive and develop under such critical situation, our domestic enterprise need to build their own company culture, found core-competitiveness, change strategy accordingly and maximize their profits while keep providing satisfying products. To achieve such targets, they need to fully develop their productivity and managing skills, by fully understanding Lean Theory and using the experience of Toyota’s for reference. We will introduce the way of improvement of these two ideas, how to design and develop Lean Manufacturing. Which method will help us to build the Lean Manufacture and the main issue which need to be prevented? Outside supply chain to internal product line. The audit system must be found, to make sure developing all the time. This article will use the implement of Lean Manufacturing of OTIS as example, to prove it is efficient way to get through difficult situations by lean which is special design for the company. The way to be Lean must be design. After conclude this article, author will give 4 aspects which need to be further studied.
