中文摘要:教育交流是人类文化交流的重要内容,是促进各民族、国家和地区教育发展的重大动力。随着全球化时代的来临,国际交流越来越多,高校作为教育交流的重要舞台首当其冲。随着改革开放政策的不断深入和社会经济的迅速发展,我国同世界各国的教育交流在各个层面相继展开,涉及的广度和深度都是前所未有的。南开大学的全球管理教育项目便是在这种背景下应运而生的,但是项目在运行的过程中出现许多因文化差异、政治因素、不可抗拒力等因素产生的风险,阻碍项目的顺畅运行,如何有效的规避和防范所出现的风险,是项目管理者的当务之急。 本文在总结风险管理和项目风险管理的基本理论的基础上,将研究集中在国际教育交流项目的风险管理上。首先通过头脑风暴法和工作分解及风险分析法对所存在的风险进行分析,区分风险类型,确定风险源和风险危害程度;其次在分析和度量基础上,提出风险防范与监控的策略;最后以南开大学全球管理教育项目为案例进行分析研究。 本论文研究的成果主要体现在将风险管理理论与全球管理教育项目的实际相结合,提出了国际教育交流项目风险管理的概念,提出综合风险管理方案。在对国际教育交流项目进行风险识别和风险度量的基础上,对国际教育交流项目的风险规避方法进行深入探讨。 本文对国际教育交流项目中的风险的识别与应对问题地进行了研究,但是无论从研究深度还是从研究方法上还有待进一步深入。可以预见,随着中国高校教育国际交流与合作的日益加强,如何有效解决项目运行中出现的各种风险,是一个重要并具战略意义的研究课题。  
英文摘要:Educational exchanges, one of the important parts of human cultural exchanges, are major forces in promoting the educational development of different ethics, nations and regions. Under the circumstances of globalization and the increase of international exchanges, higher educational institutes have served as an important stage of educational exchanges. With the continuous enforcement of reform and opening-up policy and the rapid social and economic development, China's educational exchange with other foreign countries have started at all levels with unprecedented breadth and depth. Global Management Education Program (GMEP) of Nankai University has been designed and put into practice in this context. However, due to the risks caused by factors such as cultural differences, political influences and other irresistible forces, the smooth operation of the program would be hindered in the process of running. In this case, how to effectively avoid and prevent risks arising from practical operation is the project manager's top priority. On the basis of reviewing the basic theories of risk management and project risk management, the thesis mainly focuses on the risk management of international education exchange program. The brainstorming method and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) decomposition were firstly applied to analyze and categorize the existing risks in the programs, indentifying the source of the risks and the possible negative influences they may bring to the program. With the qualitative and quantitative analysis methodology, we laid the foundation for the subsequent risk response and risk monitoring. Finally, the study conducted specific research through the case of Global Management Education Program (GMEP) of Nankai University. The main innovation of this thesis is the combination of risk management theories and the practice of Global Management Education Program. It raised the concept of Risk Management of International Education Exchange Program with a comprehensive risk management solution. On the basis of risk identification and risk evaluation of international education exchange program, the thesis operates discussion in depth on to effectively avoid the possible risks in the program. Although the thesis had done researches in regard of the identification and resolution of the risks in international education exchange program, there still exists further space in the aspects of the depth and methodology of the research. It could be estimated that with the continuing development of China’s higher education institutes’ international cooperation and exchanges, an effective solution for various risks in the program would be a research topic of great importance and strategic meaning.
