| 中文摘要: | 本人基于多年的管理实践经验和当前的实际管理工作课题,深入研究并综合运用企业文化、激励机制、核心竞争力等现代管理学理论,结合大量的文献分析、研究工作以及针对多家不同类型企业员工所进行的专题问卷调查结果,系统分析了企业文化与激励机制之间的密切联系,以及二者在人力资源管理与企业竞争能力培育方面所能发挥的重要作用,为房地产和其他非生产类企业构建了一种全新的企业能力观,并在健康的企业内环境营造、企业激励机制建设和企业核心竞争力形成模式等方面开辟了一条全新的思路。 本文采用理论研究、问卷调查和案例分析相结合的方法,以企业文化和激励机制理论为基础,围绕企业文化的导向功能、凝聚功能、激励功能、约束功能和马斯洛的需要层次理论、波特的激励模式理论、亚当斯的公平理论、斯金纳的强化理论等,并结合问卷调查的反馈结果,对企业文化、激励机制及二者之间的关系进行分析,确定了明晰的企业文化价值传导途径以及企业竞争力培育模型,并结合滨海置地有限公司的愿景、使命、核心价值观等企业文化符号以及公司的实际战略规划与管理需求,建立了系统的基于文化的激励机制设计原则与模型,形成了一整套价值导向鲜明,且具有高度针对性、适应性与可行性的激励方案。 本文所建立的激励机制方案,将对滨海置地有限公司的实践运用起到积极的指导作用,同时,也将对房地产行业与其他非生产型企业或组织的管理模式选择与激励机制构建理念产生积极影响。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Based on my years of management experience and current management research, through in-depth research and comprehensive use of corporate culture, incentive mechanism, the core competitiveness of modern management theory, with a lot of literature analysis, research and the results of a special survey for staff of a number of different types of enterprises, the author analyzed this link in between corporate culture and incentive mechanism, as well as both an important role in human resource management and enterprise competitiveness. I constructed a new viewpoint of corporate capability for the real estate and other non-production type enterprises, and opened up a whole new idea in creating a healthy environment for enterprise, corporate incentive mechanism and the core competitiveness of enterprises and other aspects of the formation of patterns. This article based on enterprise culture and incentive theory,encircled the function of enterprise culture, guiding function,cohesion function, stimulants cohesion and constraint function and Marlow’s hierarchy of needs theory, Porter's motivation model theory , Adams's equity theory, Skinner's reinforcement theory and so on, combined with the feedback survey results, Analysis of the relationship between corporate culture and incentives.Determine the value of clear pathways of corporate culture and fostering the competitiveness of enterprises model, and BINHAI LAND CO., LTD’s vision, mission, core values, cultural symbols and other enterprises, and the Company's actual strategic planning and management needs, the establishment of a system based on cultural, the incentive mechanism design principles and models, forming a distinctive set of value-oriented, and highly targeted, adaptability and feasibility of incentive programs. The incentive mechanism established in this paper has guiding actively to practice for BINHAI LAND CO., LTD and positive impact on organization and motivation management of the real estate industry, at the same time, it will do good to management mode selection and incentive mechanism generation for the real estate industry and other non-production business. | |
