中文摘要:世界正在经历一场变革,各国在经历了全球经济危机后都相继进入休整恢复阶段,淘汰落后产业结构,建立新的经济秩序,韬光养晦,酝酿着新一轮的经济增长,这种种迹象表明全球各国即将或正在跨入一个新的经济增长周期。我国目前也正在加快建设规范的社会主义市场经济的步伐,明确地提出了建设创新型国家的宏伟目标,推动我国经济从低附加值的制造业向以自主创新为依托的产业发展战略转变。创新型人才正是这种新型经济的主要驱动力,而创业教育是培养创新型人才的重要途径。 本文从创业教育系统与社会经济系统两个系统的互动关系入手,通过对我国经济建设的发展情况与政策制定情况的分析,选取社会经济系统中与创业教育密切相关的经济因素与政策因素,考察了这两方面因素与创业教育系统之间的相互作用,进而从树立创新精神、传授创业技能、识别创业机会、提高管理水平等四个方面设计和构建了创业教育模式发展的机制和策略。研究了大学生创业教育的现状、机遇和挑战,然后以此为基础,通过与国外创业教育模式进行微观层次的对比来探讨创业教育模式改革创新的方向和路径。最后从宏观层面分析我国创业教育目前所存在的问题并根据研究成果提出对策建议,从而提高创业教育的质量,为国家培养创新型人才,并最终服务于高等教育模式改革和创新型国家建设。 本文的价值和可能的创新之处在于:充分利用有关高校的调查资料,结合归类整理、比较、定性定量分析相结合的方法,对以往的创业教育模式实践的效果进行了分析,指出我国创业教育模式应借鉴国外模式中的实践性、嵌入性、多元性的特点,并设计出基于创新型社会经济背景下我国大学生创业教育模式构建的合理路径。 
英文摘要:The world is undergoing a transformation. After a global economic crisis, countries enter the recovery phase one after another, eliminating the backward industrial structure and establish a new economic order, keeping a low profile, and prepare a new round of economic growth. There are indications that the economic of the world about or is entering a new growth cycle. China is also speeding up to regulate the socialist market economy construction, explicitly propose building an innovative country's grand goal to promoting China's economy from low value-added manufacturing to independent innovation. The innovative talents are the main driving force of the new economy, and entrepreneurship education is the important way to train innovative talents. This article starts from the interaction between socio-economic system and education system. By analyzing of the development of China's economic construction and policy ,choose the economic factors and policy factors from the social and economic systems, which are closely related to entrepreneurship education, and investigated the interaction between entrepreneurial education system and these two factors. From four aspects which are to form innovation, to train entrepreneurial skills, to identify business opportunities and to improve the management level design and construct the models and strategies of entrepreneurship education. This article studies the status, opportunities and challenges of entrepreneurship education of students. Based this, analyzes the direction and path of entrepreneurial education model reform and innovation by comparing with foreign business education model on the micro-level. Finally, analyzes the problems of entrepreneurship education currently on macro-level and proposes solutions for improving the quality of entrepreneurship education, and cultivating innovative talents for the country, and ultimately serving the Higher Education Reform and innovative nation. The value and possible innovations of this paper are: full uses survey data on colleges, with classified order, comparison, the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, to analyze the effects of the previous entrepreneurship education models practice, and points that our education should learn from foreign models in practice, embedded, diversity of features, and bases on the innovative socio-economic background, designs the reasonable construction of the entrepreneurship education model of college students.
