| 中文摘要: | 随着经济的飞速发展,刺激了电梯市场迅猛发展,随之而来的竞争也日趋激烈,这就需要电梯企业不仅在产品上要满足客户和市场需要,也同样需要在项目安装过程中来降低成本费用,提高电梯安装质量,保证现场施工的安全性以及对于项目进行科学的计划、实施和控制为一体的管理模式,所以项目管理这种管理模式对于企业来说显得极为重要。 本文通过以项目管理理论为基础,结合了奥的斯电梯公司对于项目管理方法在销售安装项目的实践进行分析研究。第一章是对本文的研究背景与意义、研究内容与方法以及研究框架与核心问题进行了介绍,为整篇文章的论述奠定了基础。第二章为项目管理的基本理论知识,对项目管理所涉及到的基本理论进行阐述,进而更好的将理论联系实践。第三章为从对奥的斯电梯公司的介绍开始,对电梯行业的内外部环境分析以及奥的斯电梯公司中设备销售操作情况的进行深入的分析和研究。第四章为对奥的斯电梯公司项目管理的组织机构以及项目中人力资源方面的制度进行分析研究。第五章为对奥的斯电梯公司设备安装项目整个流程设计分析以及进度计划与控制来进行安装项目的全过程管理研究。第六章为通过深圳地铁项目为案例,结合奥的斯电梯公司的特点,并利用项目管理的基本理论进行分析。第六章为对整篇文章的总结,提出了研究不足和展望。 通过对奥的斯电梯公司设备销售安装项目管理研究,更加肯定了电梯企业中项目管理的重要性和必要性,并且有了更深入的认识。同时,在此基础上,可以将奥的斯电梯公司的项目管理方法、措施和经验进行总结,希望可以对电梯行业中其他企业有所帮助,并可以在行业中推广借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid economic development, it is stimulated the rapid development of the elevator market, and causes increasingly fierce competition, which requires the elevator companies not only in products to meet customer and market needs, the project also requires the installation process to reduce costs and improve the quality of elevator installation, to ensure the safety of the construction site and make the scientific project planning, implementation and control for the integrated management model, so it is extremely important to the project management model for the management of such enterprises. This thesis is based on the theory of project management, combined with the project management method of Otis Elevator Company analyzed in the practice of sales and installation project. The first chapter is introduction about the research background and significance of the contents and methods and the research framework and core issues, which are the foundation of full article for the discussion. The second chapter is the basic theoretical knowledge of project management, and will expound with project management related to the basic theory, and make the theory better combined with practice. The beginning of the third chapter is an introduction about the Otis Elevator Company, the elevator industry, as well as internal and external environmental analysis of Elevator industry and has deep analysis and research about equipment sales operation of Otis Elevator Company. Chapter IV mainly analyzes the project organization of project management and human resources system in the project of Otis Elevator Company. Chapter V mainly analyzes the entire process design, process schedule and control of equipment installation of the Otis Elevator Company to research the whole process of project management. Chapter VI mainly analyzes based on Shenzhen Metro project as a case by combining the characteristics of Otis, and use the basic theory of project management for analysis. Chapter VI is a summary of the entire article, and presented insufficient and prospects of research. Through the project management research of equipment sales and installation of Otis Elevator Company, more certain of the importance and necessity of project management in the Elevator Corporation, and have a deeper understanding. Meanwhile, on this basis, can summary the project management methods, measure and experience of Otis Elevator Company, hoping to help other businesses and promote and refer to in the industries. | |
