中文摘要:当前,市场竞争层次与强度与日俱增,越来越多的企业开始意识到降低成本以获得持续的利润增长空间的重要性。作为企业内占用成本最多的一个环节,采购管理的战略性地位正在日益受到关注,提高采购的管理水平能够显著提升企业的竞争力。所以,采购管理正逐渐的成为了企业新的利润来源。而基于供应链的战略采购是指将采购职能和供应商资源跨部门集中管理,通过加强与供应商的合作,实现供应链总成本最低化和效率最大化的采购模式。其与传统采购模式的不同之处在于:在努力实现双赢的前提下,尽可能的与供应商建立长期战略性合作伙伴关系,关注整条供应链的总成本而非单一的采购价格;关注供应商的培养,使供应链上的每个个体的发展战略都尽可能的结合起来,以实现双赢甚至多赢。 本文先是介绍了当前战略采购理论的发展情况、研究背景及其特点;进而回顾了战略采购以及供应链管理方面的相关理论和知识点;接着讨论了一下在现代企业中实施战略采购的必要性以及意义;再次基础上,研究了盖泽工业(天津)有限公司根据自身情况,对现有的采购策略进行调整并转而采用战略采购理念进行公司采购业务的管理并取得了一定的成效;最后对总结了一下战略采购的原则及作用,并分析了本文研究的局限性,以及展望了一下战略采购理论研究的未来趋势。 
英文摘要:Nowadays, the level and intension of competition is increasing day by day, so more and more enterprises learn that it is very important to reduce the operational cost in order to keep a continual profit increasing space. As the biggest part of the whole cost, more and more attention have been paid to the strategic status of procurement management. And one of the most useful ways to increase the enterprises’ profit is to improve the procurement management. So now the strategic sourcing activities have become the new profit source for the enterprises. The strategic sourcing, which is based on the supply chain, is a purchasing model that to manage and control the procurement functions and supplier sources centrally by cross departments, to enhance the cooperation with suppliers in order to achieve the supply chain total cost reduction and efficiency improvement. The biggest difference between strategic sourcing and traditional sourcing is that: the strategic sourcing theory prefers to build up a long term cooperation relationship with suppliers in order to achieve the bilateral-win, to pay attention to the total cost of the supply chain but the single purchasing price; to train the suppliers and make all units’ strategies aligned to achieve the bilateral-win or even the all round win. This thesis firstly introduces the development, investigation background and characteristics of strategic sourcing; then reviews the related theory and knowledge; next discusses the necessary and signification to apply the strategic sourcing theory in modern enterprises; and then studies the case of GEZE INDUSTRY (TIANJIN) CO., LTD which they adjusting their policy to adopt to the strategic sourcing way to manage their procurement activities and finally being high up in the pictures; in the last reviews the principles and functions of the strategic sourcing, analyzes the limitation of this thesis and prospects the future trend of the strategic sourcing theory research.
