中文摘要：	我国中小企业融资难，在银行业务中处于被歧视的地位，这一问题困扰我国经济已久。随着我国经济进入高速稳定的发展期，中小企业在国民经济中的地位日益重要，我国商业银行界面临着要结合我国经济文化背景摸索出适合我国商业银行的中小企业业务经营的商业模式。但是目前我国商业银行的中小企业业务仍然延续着针对大客户的商业模式。以往多数对于中小企业融资难问题的研究中，从银行角度将中小企业业务作为商业模式的研究较少，通过对商业模式的开发来完整的解决银行在中小企业业务上的成本、收益问题。只有这样才能从根本上解决我国商业银行界，非常重视中小企业业务但整体业务规模和业务质量较低的问题。 本文秉承用前沿理论，回应重大问题的理念，在整体回顾了我国商业银行中小企业现今发展阶段存在的问题，总结了国外先进经验的基础上，以价值链分析和战略活动体系重组的方法，对浦发银行天津分行中小企业业务的商业模式存在的问题进行了分析。同时，重新设计了浦发银行天津分行中小企业业务的商业模式。本文从一个现实的案例出发，为我国商业银行中小企业业务商业模式的建立提出了新的想法和思路。
英文摘要：	In Chinese financial field, the fact has long been annoying our national economy that many middle and small enterprises have always been subjected to discrimination. Due to the importance of the two kinds of business, it is convenient to find out the suitable business pattern for the future development of middle and small enterprises basing on our native business culture. As a matter of fact, the object to the normal way of the business pattern is big enterprises. Many middle and small enterprises have the problem in the financial channel. The initial way to solve this problem is to develop the business pattern objected to the middle and small enterprises, only by this way can the both kinds of enterprises to balance the cost and profit. In this wany, we will be able to take advantage of the financial management scale and the financial quality. The thesis is basing on the theory of up-date and facing the hot problem annoy our native finance. On the basement of the experience of business banks abroad, this thesis makes the conclusion of both kinds of enterprises in SPD bank in the lights of Value-Chain and Strategic-Activity Revaluation. Due to the estimation of the business management pattern of middle and small enterprises of SPD Bank, this thesis contributes to the development of the two kinds of enterprises in this financial field.
