中文摘要:当今社会是一个竞争激烈的社会,企业都向着扩大自身市场份额和利益最 大化的方向迅速发展。特别是随着全球化的深入,很多跨国企业为了向中国扩 张,开始在这里建立工厂,从而慢慢占领中国的市场,扩大其在世界市场的占 有率。并且伴随着中国的快速发展,新产品导入是提高国家技术水平,提高中 国产品在世界市场占有率,一个非常重要的手段。如何在提高新产品导入的成 功率,如何保证产品质量,以及如何通过新产品导入而带来新技术,新管理方 法。诸如此类的问题变成为新产品导入质量控制研究的当务之急。实践证明, 运用六西格玛和精益生产的管理方法对新产品导入的质量进行控制是一个非常 好的办法。它可以帮助企业减少新产品导入期的失误,确保高质量完成新产品 导入工作。 本文共六章,主要研究的是在深入分析六西格玛和精益生产的基础上,研 究精益生产和六西格玛在新产品导入项目中的运用。并通过霍尼韦尔公司的案 例应用来验证其有效性。文章首先对六西格玛,精益生产和新产品导入做了相 关的理论回顾。其次,对霍尼韦尔公司新产品导入质量管理体系做了深入的探 讨。从其管理独特性,新产品导入流程和基本元素以及新产品导入中的质量体 系几个方面进行了研究。然后,针对六西格玛和精益生产与新产品导入的关系 进行了研究,而且对新产品导入过程中的持续改进也进行了讨论。最后以霍尼 韦尔公司天津工厂进行的新产品导入项目为例,来研究六西格玛和精益生产的 管理方法在新产品导入阶段的质量控制。 本研究的理论意义在于,通过理论分析,深入探讨六西格玛和精益生产的 管理方法来提高新产品导入阶段质量管理的作用,并结合霍尼韦尔天津工厂新 产品导入项目实践中的执行情况进行实证分析,证明了六西格玛和精益生产不 仅仅可用于生产领域的质量改进,同样还可以用于新产品导入阶段质量控制管 理。以霍尼韦尔公司新产品导入项目为研究基础,总结该公司运用六西格玛和 精益生产管理方法为研究的基础,对跨国企业新产品导入管理的经验,模式和 方法,探索新产品导入中的质量控制。 本文的创新点主要体现在理论和实践两个方面。理论上,本文总结了综合 摘 要 II 使用了精益生产理论和六西格玛的管理方法。在六西格玛和精益生产的管理思 想指导下,从质量控制的角度分析了如何用六西格玛和精益生产来确保新产品 导入能圆满完成。实践上,以霍尼韦尔公司新产品导入项目为案例,对新产品 导入过程中的方法应用予以说明。对于过程中出现的问题给予深入分析并提出 改善方案。并结合我国企业的特点,提出了在新产品导入中应用六西格玛和精 益生产的注意地方,提供了非常宝贵的借鉴和指导。 
英文摘要:Now a day, we are in a competitive society. Enterprises are rapidly expanding toward the percentage of market share and maximize their profit. Especially with the rapid globalization, many multinational companies began to setup factories in China, in order to expand to China and occupy the Chinese market. Also they can expand its market share in the world. And along with China's rapid development, new product introduction is to improve China technical level. It is a very important method to improve market share of Chinese products in the world. How to increase the success rate of new product introduction? How to ensure product quality? And how to get the new technologies and management methods through new product introduction? These questions become top urgent into the new product introduction quality control. It is proved that Six Sigma and lean production is a good method to control the new product introduction of quality. It can help enterprise to reduce the mistakes in new product introduction, in order to ensure the high quality work for the new product introduction. There are total of six chapters in this thesis. It studies the application of Lean Production and Six Sigma projects in new product introduction based on in-depth analysis of Six Sigma and lean production. And it takes Honeywell's case to verify its validity. First of all, it is the theory overall review for the Six Sigma, lean manufacturing and new product introduction. Secondly, It is a thorough discussion of Honeywell new product introduction quality management system. It studies the uniqueness of its management, new product introduction process and new product introduction and the basic elements of quality system. The third, it studied the relation amount of Six Sigma and lean manufacturing and new product introductions and the continuous improvement in new product introduction process. Finally, it takes Honeywell factory in Tianjin new product introduction projects as example to study how to apply the Six Sigma and lean production methods in new product introduction quality control. Abstract IV Theoretical significance of this study is that, through theoretical analysis, depth of management of Six Sigma and lean production methods to improve new product introduction phase of the role of quality management, combined with Honeywell Tianjin plant new product introduction projects for implementation in practice empirical analysis to prove that Six Sigma and Lean can be used to produce not only the field of quality improvement, the same can also be used for new product introduction quality control management. Take Honeywell new product introduction project as the study basic, it summarize Six Sigma and lean production management methods on the basis of multinational management experience in new product introduction, models and methods, explore new product introduction in quality control. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in two aspects of theory and practice. In theory, this thesis summarizes the theory of the integrated application of the Lean Production and Six Sigma management approach, and combines them from the perspective of corporate strategy. Based on Six Sigma and Lean production management thought, it analysis how to combine Six Sigma and lean manufacturing to ensure that the new product introduction can be completed as planned from a strategic point of view. In practice, it takes the Honeywell project as a case of new product introduction to descript methods in the new product introduction. It gives the suggestion for the problems arising in the course and failed. It highlights the key point for the Six Sigma and lean production management in new product introduction. It is a very valuable reference and guidance. Combined with the characteristics of China's enterprises is presented in the new product introduction in the application of Six Sigma and lean production attention to local, providing a very valuable reference and guidance.
