| 中文摘要: | 进入新世纪以来,全球经济一体化进程不断加快和全球贸易的蓬勃发展,极大地推动了全球航运市场的发展和壮大。各家航运公司纷纷增加运力,抢占航运市场。但是随着2008年世界金融危机的到来,航运市场运力严重趋于饱和,而且客户对服务要求的不断提高,各航运公司都面临着利润减少、竞争加剧的窘境。在这样的大环境下,世界各大航运公司纷纷寻求新的解决方案,将航运服务延伸到第三方物流领域,开展第三方物流公司,以摆脱这种困境,获得新的竞争优势。 由于其他航运公司纷纷将服务领域拓展到第三方物流领域,并以此取得了较大的竞争优势,作为世界第三大航运公司的达飞轮船,已经严重地面临了竞争优势减弱的问题。因此,开展第三方物流公司成为达飞轮船目前的迫切需要。本文以达飞轮船作为研究案例,以达飞物流为切入点,通过对达飞轮船开展第三方物流的外部环境分析、内部问题分析,指出了目前阻碍达飞轮船开展第三方物流的障碍和瓶颈。随后,本文运用差异化战略理论,从品牌、服务、客户三个方面,针对达飞轮船所面临的瓶颈,建议性地提出了达飞轮船开展第三方物流的战略。本文为达飞轮船开展第三方物流提出了切实可行的发展战略,希望可以帮助达飞轮船和达飞物流在市场上获得新的竞争优势,继续行业领先地位。 现在社会上对于第三方物流和航运公司发展战略方面的研究很多,包括现状分析,发展模式等,但是对于航运公司如何开展第三方物流的战略研究却不多,本文对此是一个较有意义的补充。另外,在对航运公司开展第三方物流的研究中,多以中国国内的航运公司为研究对象,而本文选取了大型国外航运公司作为研究对象,并进行了一些数据搜集和汇总工作。 | |
| 英文摘要: | From the beginning of this new century, the global shipping market got a quick development and growth along with the accelerated progress of the global economy and vigorous development of the international trade. Shipping companies began to reinforce transportation capacity one after another in order to gain and dominate shipping market. However, following the arrival of the global financial crisis since 2008, all shipping companies are facing the problem of reduced profits and intensive competition due to the capacity of the shipping market became saturated and customers’ requirements on improving service level. In this situation, most shipping companies expanded their business into 3PL market for new solutions in order to extricate from difficulties and gain new competitive advantages. Other shipping companies’ constantly expanding to 3PL market has got a relative big competitive advantage. This made CMA-CGM shipping, the third shipping company in the world, face a serious problem of decline in competitive advantages. Therefore, carrying out the 3PL company becomes urgent to CMA-CGM shipping. This essay engaged in CMA-CGM logistics, through the investigation external environment and internal problems of CMA-CGM, and brings forward the strategies and bottleneck of CMA-CGM shipping company in carrying out 3PL company. Then, it brings up the developing strategy from three aspects: brand, service and customer by applying differential strategy. Hope the practical developing strategies put forward in this essay can help CMA-CGM shipping and CMA-CGM logistics regain its competitive advantage in the shipping market. There are lots of researches on 3PL and shipping company developing strategy in modern society, including status analysis and development mode, etc. However, not many researches are about how shipping company carries out 3PL strategy. This essay makes a significant complement to this field. Furthermore, among the researches on shipping company carrying out 3PL strategy, most of them take domestic shipping companies as the cases. However, this essay takes a big overseas shipping company as the case, and makes some data collection. | |
