| 中文摘要: | 在当今世界经济全球化的背景下,市场竞争日益激烈,如何适应这种形势并找到提高竞争力的企业生产组织模式是当前众多企业为之实践的道路。精益生产方式是以快速满足顾客需求为目标,追求个性化、低成本、准时化的生产方式,它能提高顾客的满意度和市场竞争能力,充分挖掘企业的潜力并形成竞争优势。因而非常适合需要通过内部挖潜来寻求发展的家电制造业。 精益生产的基本思想是通过实现准时生产,消除生产过程中一切不必要的浪费。它要求企业只按定单生产必需的产品,并且仅按必需的数量,在必需的时候生产出来,以满足顾客的需求。企业实施精益生产技术对于降低企业运行成本,提高经济效益是非常有益的。 本文主要包括以下几个部分: 首先提出本课题研究的背景和意义,研究的思路和方法以及研究的问题和论文的框架。 其次着重对精益生产的概念和起源进行了回顾,从精益生产的理念、系统结构及目标角度,对精益生产的原理及系统理论进行了阐述。 文章第三部分首先对LG公司压缩机工厂生产管理现况进行了介绍,从整个生产流程、现场物流和现场管理三个方面入手,揭示LG公司压缩机工厂生产管理存在的问题和不足,找出需要改善的地方。并且提出如何通过精益生产的原理和方法对LG公司压缩机工厂生产管理进行改善,从而指明了LG公司压缩机工厂进行精益生产变革的基础和目标。 再次文章介绍了精益生产线设计和拉动看板系统在LG公司压缩机工厂的引进与实施,重点讲述了精益生产线的设计方法以及如何计算看板的数量,最后介绍了精益生产线及拉动看板所需要的理念创新和组织创新。 最后文章介绍了LG压缩机工厂进行全员TPM及5S的过程,主要是应用精益生产的TPM和5S工具对LG公司压缩机工厂现场进行了改善。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Under the condition of world economic globalization, multi-demand and fiercely competitive environment, it is necessary for every company to explore a way to improve its competitiveness and adapt to the situation.The implementation of Lean Production System aims to meet the customer’s demand promptly.It is such It kind of production mode to seek individuation, low cost and punctuality, enhancing customers’ satisfaction and improving competitiveness in market, fully tapping the potentiality of company and forming advantage in competition.So it is very suitable to the electronics appliance manufactory which needs to seek development by internal potentiality. The basic idea of Lean Production is to eliminate any waste in production process and realize Just-In-Time production. It demands enterprise to produce the necessary products at the necessary time and quantity, and meet the requirement of customer. It is very helpful for enterprise to reduce cost and increase economic efficiency. The whole paper consists of the following parts. The first part proposes the research range, background and significance of the subject, the application state and existing problems of the Lean Production in domestic and abroad. The next one introduces the concept and origin of the Lean Production, describes the principle of Lean Production from the concept, system structure and target of the LP . The third part analyses the production management of LG compressor plant by the principle and method of Lean Production. From production process, locale material flow to locale management, the author illuminates the existing problems and future target. Then the paper introduces Lean production line and KANBAN system, especially explains how to design the lean production line and get the quantity of KANBAN. The last part concludes that the application of TPM and 5S tools in LG compressor plant, mainly introduce how to use the 2 tools to improve the level of workshop management. | |
