| 中文摘要: | 摘 要 职业生涯管理作为人力资源管理理论的重要组成部分之一,在我国也还处于不断引进和吸收阶段。同时,随着BD组织基层信息技术人员队伍的不断发展壮大和BD组织特殊的强制职业转换的特点,为了进一步发展具有核心技术和管理能力的基层信息技术人员需要一套与现代人力资源管理理论相结合的职业生涯管理体系。 首先,本文主要研究了BD组织基层信息技术人员职业生涯管理这一细分领域,从理论的角度上,讨论了BD组织基层信息技术人员职业生涯管理体系的影响因素及组成要素,构建相应的模型体系,提出了促进BD组织中基层信息技术人员职业生涯管理的建议,并探索了未来研究的发展趋势与方向。 其次,本文在回顾国内外关于职业生涯管理理论的基础上,从具体的研究范围(BD组织),典型的研究对象(BD组织中基层信息技术人员),新的视角(结合现代人力资源管理理论)入手,立足于目前专门研究较少的,针对BD组织中基层信息技术人员的职业生涯管理问题展开研究。本文分析了BD组织中基层信息技术人员的职业特点、相应的职业生涯管理特点、人力资源支持系统、员工职业生涯策略决策等因素对BD组织中基层信息技术人员职业生涯管理形成的影响,提出了BD组织中基层信息技术人员职业生涯管理体系。 该体系由三大部分、两个模块组成。从人员流动角度,基层信息技术人员流经的组织系统分为三大部分分别为:BD组织、企事业组织、政府公务组织;从信息的流动与支持的角度,分为决策与支持两个模块:基层信息技术人员职业生涯策略决策模块(主要包括职业匹配、职业发展规划、职业发展辅助工具等)和基层信息技术人员职业生涯人力资源支撑模块(主要包括工作分析、招聘与选拔、政府安置、绩效评价、薪酬管理、培训与开发、职业生涯管理等)。 最后,本文对于BD组织基层信息技术人员离开BD组织,进入企事业组织后,所具有的职业特点和未来可能面临的问题进行了讨论,为该领域的进一步研究提供了思路。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract Career management is one of the most significant parts in Human Resources Management theory. In China research in this field is still at the stage of importing, introducing and absorbing. At the same time, along with basic information technology staff in BD organization continuous development and their special characteristics of career change,further development of the core technology and management of information technology staff needs a kind of career management system from modern human resources management theory. First of all, this paper mainly studies the basic information technology staff in BD organization career management. In this segment field ,this study discusses the basic information technology staff in BD organization career management system , the influence factors and the elements of constructing the corresponding model system .It puts forward suggestions to promote the career management of the basic information technology staff in BD organization. This study also explores the trends of development and direction to the future of researches. Secondly, this study based on reviewing the career management theory, from the concrete research scope (BD), typical research object (basic information technology staff in BD organization), a new vision (combining modern human resources management theory) , according to research the career management of basic information technology staff in BD organization.This study analyses the characteristics of the basic information technology staff in BD organization, the corresponding career management, human resource support system, employee career strategy decision factors and puts forward the career management system of the basic information technology staff in BD organization. This system consists of three parts and two modules. From the vision of staff flow, the basic information technology staff in BD organization flows into three parts: BD organizations, enterprises and non-government organizations, government organization. From the vision of information flow and support, divided into two modules: decision-making and supporting.The basic information technology staff career strategy decision module(including career matching ,career development plan, and career development tool ) and the basic information technology staff career human resource supporting module (including job analysis, recruitment and selection, government outplacement , Performance Appraisal, compensation and benefits management, development and training, career management ) Finally, this study discusses the characteristics and the future may face problems when the basic information technology staff in BD organization leaves BD organizations,they enter enterprises and non-government organizations and make a few idea and reference to more research in this field. | |
