中文摘要：	我国中小企业创业由于本身企业管理水平较低，经常因风险管理不善导致创业项目的失败。尚正公司作为中小企业也同样存在着这样的问题。尚正公司的NISIN创业项目由于没有很好的进行创业项目的风险管理，在项目管理初期就遇到了很多的问题。因此，如何做好项目管理中的风险管理，就成为摆在我们面前的重要课题。针对尚正公司的NISIN创业项目的特点，本文通过风险管理的四个步骤，即：风险识别、风险评价、风险防范与风险控制，提出了一整套科学的风险管理方法。 本文首先界定了中小企业、项目风险、创业项目风险分类及项目风险管理的概念。从一般性的角度探讨了我国中小企业创业项目风险管理的独特性，对我国中小企业普遍存在的风险管理问题做了简单的总结，同时引出了尚正公司的创业项目NISIN的风险管理问题。本文通过环境扫描法等具体的风险识别方法识别出尚正公司NISIN创业项目的风险因素，建立了风险指标体系；然后利用风险评价当中的层次分析法和等风险图法，定量地分析了风险指标体系之间的联系，得出了风险指标体系的权重排序，最后得出NISIN项目的整体风险系数，确定了该项目的风险水平。通过以上工作，本文提出了NISIN创业项目的风险防范和控制体系，相应地建立了NISIN创业项目风险与风险防范策略关系图，进而提出了风险防范与控制的具体措施，完成了一套完整的风险管理工作，为NISIN创业项目的顺利实施提供了保障。 本文认为，中小企业创业项目的风险管理应该科学、系统地进行，应该重视定性地分析问题的同时，更加重视定量地分析问题，从而减少主观因素对风险管理工作的影响，尽可能地接近客观实际，最终确保项目的成功完成。 本文的重点是通过对尚正公司NISIN创业项目的风险管理，提出了一整套可以实际操作的清晰的风险管理工作体系，具有一定的创新性。对于其它中小企业在创业项目当中的风险管理工作具有一定的借鉴意义。 关键词：风险管理;尚正公司;层次分析法;等风险图法
英文摘要：	Owing to the relative underdeveloped risk management ability, the entrepreneurial projects of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMSE) in China always end up with failure. As a small and medium-sized enterprise, SUNZENT Company is confronted with the same kind of issue. NISIN, an entrepreneurial project of SUNZENT company, has met many difficulties at its initial stage just because of the inadequate risk management. Therefore, it is important to carry out risk management in a proper way. In view of the characteristics of NISIN, the thesis has worked out a complete set of risk management methods. The thesis firstly defines small and medium-sized enterprise, project risk, types of entrepreneurial project risk and project risk management. The unique features of entrepreneurial project risk management of SMEM in China are discussed and the general risk management problems of SMEM in China are summarized in brief. Thereafter, NISIN risk management issue is elicited. The risk factors of NISIN are indentified through such methods as environmental scanning and risk index system is established. Then, analytic hierarchy process and equal risk curve are adopted to quantificationally analyze and rank the risk indexes. The overall risk modulus of NISIN is finally confirmed to decide the risk level of the project. On the base of the aforementioned job, a risk preventing and controlling system of NISIN and a corresponding drawing about the relationship between NISIN risks and risk prevention strategy are brought forth. Moreover, concrete methods to prevent and control risk are proposed to complete the risk management job. So that NISIN will be executed smoothly. The thesis holds the point of view that entrepreneurial project risk management of SMSE should be scientific and systematic and that problems should be analyzed quantificationally to minimize the influences of subjective factors on risk management. Only in this way, the project will be finished successfully. The key point of the thesis is to put forth a practical risk management system through NISIN risk management analysis.
