中文摘要:随着经济全球化的发展和信息技术的进步,我国市场经济体制的不断完善,传统的以生产和产品为中心的管理模式已经不能适应行业内竞争越来越激烈的状况。与此同时,客户的需求也从以往的单一产品需求变得越来越突出个性化,生产产品的不确定性增加,创新性增强。企业之间的竞争演变为供应链之间的竞争。供应商作为供应链的源头,随着竞争的加剧,也变得越来越重要,甚至是决定成败的关键。供应商管理不但是企业管理的重要组成部分,也是降低企业运营成本、缩短供货期、维持客户的关键因素。供应商作为供应链的一个环节,出现的任何问题都将影响整个供应链的运作。 传统的供应商管理以价格作为先决要素,以获得经济利益为最终目的。这样就把企业和供应商放在了一个竞争的位置上。现代的供应商管理则更强调企业与供应商之间的战略合作伙伴关系。通过信息的分享来去的双赢和分担风险。本文阐述了供应链,供应链管理,供应商管理,采购理论,采购管理理论等基本概念和理论,在供应链的环境下企业如何与供应商建立战略合作伙伴关系进行分析。本文涉及的供应商管理方面的问题有供应商的选择与评价,供应商存在的问题解决等。 本文通过H公司的经营状况,通过其所在行业的认知和分析,应用供应链管理,采购管理及供应商管理理论,针对H公司供应商管理方面存在的问题给予解答,并从供应商选择到合作,再到控制等一系列环节提出管理意见和方法。首先,对H公司所在的工业控制领域进行简要概述,分析行业背景,行业特点,以及供应商的特点。其次,针对H公司具体问题具体分析。在H公司运营模式上找出其内部供应商和外部供应商的特点及存在的问题。最后,针对不同供应商的特点及问题确定最行之有效的管理办法。以达到完善供应商管理,提升企业供应商管理水平的目的。 正确认识供应商管理的重要性,是当代企业谋求发展的一个必不可少的方面。通过本文的讨论,能够对H公司供应商管理起到参考的作用,同时也希望能够对本行业的供应商管理具有借鉴意义。 
英文摘要:With the development of global economy and information technology, the marketing economy has become more and more blameless. The traditional management pattern, which based on production and products, can’t adapt to the more and more intensive competition among the industry. At the same time, the demand of customer had changed from single product demand to personalized demand, which added uncertainty and creativity to production. The competition between enterprises evolved to the competition between Supply Chain. With the intensive of the competition, supplier, acted as the original of Supply Chain, becomes more and more important, even becomes the key point of determining success and failure. Supplier management is not only an important part of business management, but also reduce operating costs, shorten delivery period, as well as a key factor in maintaining customers. Suppliers as a part of the supply chain, any problems will affect the whole Supply Chain operations. Traditional supplier management put price in the first place in order to obtain the ultimate goal of economic interests. This put the companies and suppliers on a competitive position. Supplier management of modern enterprises is more emphasis on strategic supplier partnership. Through information-sharing to gain win-win result and take risks.In this paper, I had given out the definition for supply chain, supply chain management, supplier management and procurement theory. Under the supply chain environment, researching on how companies build strategic partnerships with its suppliers. The topic involved in supplier management has the selection and evaluation of suppliers, the problem of the suppliers. In this paper, from Honeywell’s operation status, through the analysis of its self-in field, basing on Supply Chain management theory, procurement management theory and supplier management theory, I give out the answers to the problem on the Honeywell’s supplier management, and also, propose management method and suggestion from supplier selection, cooperation to controllation. First of all, brief introduction of the industry which produces controlling system, anglicizing the background, field features and supplier features. Second, analysising the specific problem of Honeywell Company. Finding out the problem of its internal and outside suppliers based on its operation pattern. At last, determining the most effective management methods according to different features of different suppliers.The purpose is to achieve the goal of improving supplier management, and finally to improve the enterprise management level. Correct understanding of the importance of supplier management is an essential aspect for the development of modern enterprises. Hope it can improve the supplier management of Honeywell Company after the discussion of this paper, meantime, it will has reference meaning to the industry controlling field.
