中文摘要:S.K公司作为我国最早生产陶瓷阀门的企业之一,从1995年成立之初到现在已经经历了15年的历史,从一个名不见经传的小企业发展到现在已经有300多人,总资产过亿的中型高科技企业。但是随着业务的迅速增长,企业规模的发展壮大,管理上的漏洞浮出水面,且日趋严重,供应链上各个环节衔接不当,内耗严重,生产系统混乱,产品质量不稳定,库存居高不下,交货期问题更是尤为突出,造成顾客的满意度不断下降,逐渐影响到企业的整体竞争力。 本文首先对运营管理的相关理论进行回顾,这里主要包括了成组技术、面向制造与装配的产品设计、生产定位以及物料管理等。通过对相关理论的回顾和阐述,为帮助S.K公司针对目前的现状,如何寻找缩短产品交货期的策略奠定了理论支持和基础。其次,文章对S.K公司交货期的现状和构成进行了描述,并分析了交货期对S.K公司整体竞争优势的影响,然后从内、外两个方面对S.K公司交货期过长的原因进行了分析和探讨,进而重点研究如何从企业内部运用运营管理学的相关知识和理论缩短交货期,来更好的满足的客户的需求以及应对目前阶段S.K公司所要面对的竞争环境,本文主要从产品设计、生产加工和物料管理三个方面为S.K公司缩短交货期提出了解决策略,并为各种策略的具体实施给出了建议。 S.K公司具备了我国中小民营制造企业的显著特点,本文选择S.K公司作为研究对象,具有一定的典型性和代表性。  
英文摘要:S.K Company, as one of the first ceramic valve manufacturers, has been running for 15 years since 1995. Now it becomes a medium-sized high-tech entrepreneur with more than 300 employees and more than 100 million in assets. However, with fast growing and developing in market and scale, management problems turn up like all the sections of supply chain unmatched, over consumption, production system chaotic, product quality fluctuating and over stock level, especially the delivery time. All the problems make lower and lower customer satisfaction level, and are bad to the whole competitive power of the enterprise. At the beginning, this dissertation reviews the related theories of operation management, including Group Technology, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly, Production locating model and material management. And it builds good theory bases that help S.K company to find solution on shortening total lead time. Secondly, this dissertation describes the current situation and composition of S.K company‘s delivery time, and analyzes it’s influences to the overall competitiveness, and then analyses and explores the reason of over-long delivery time from external and internal, furthermore, research on how to shorten the delivery time by apply the knowledge and theory of operation management in company’s internal, enhance customer’s satisfaction and the ability reply to the competitive environment. This dissertation gives S.K systematic solutions on shorten delivery time in the area of products design, manufacture and material management, and proposed the implementation steps for above solutions. S.K company has the marked features of our small and medium non-state-owned manufacturing enterprises in China, this dissertation chooses S.K Company as the research object, has typical and representative meaning.
