中文摘要: | 薪酬体系是企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分。企业能否制定出有效激励员工的薪酬体系成为市政施工企业目前迫切需要解决的关键问题。面对日益激烈的市场竞争,应加强和规范企业各项管理制度,制定一套合理且适应企业内外部环境,具有激励作用并有利于激励企业核心人才的薪酬体系,才能为企业的持续健康发展提供人力资源保障。 本文以SZ公司员工的薪酬体系为研究对象,通过对SZ公司的员工薪酬体系现状的调查与分析,依据薪酬制度的设计程序并结合企业的战略目标及目前发展状况,对SZ公司员工的薪酬体系进行了优化设计。本文首先介绍了研究的背景及意义,从理论角度综述了薪酬管理的相关理论,在理论的基础上以SZ公司为研究案例,介绍了SZ公司的行业及企业概况、调查分析了员工薪酬体系现状,重点分析公司目前在员工薪酬管理中存在的问题及原因;随后本文重点进行了工程项目管理人员的薪酬体系优化设计,针对公司目前在员工薪酬管理方面存在的问题,提出了薪酬体系优化的有效方式,从组织结构设计、岗位评价要素分析、薪酬要素分析、绩效工资构成等方面优化了薪酬管理体系,通过引入工作岗位评价系数、工程项目评价系数、加强绩效工资管理等方式,最终设计出一套能够有效激励员工改善工资绩效的薪酬管理体系。优化后的薪酬体系解决了原有薪酬体系在公平性、合理性和竞争性方面存在的一些问题。最后对本文薪酬体系优化设计取得的成果进行了总结,并指出不足及今后的研究方向。 本篇论文对于SZ公司优化薪酬体系,提高人力资源管理水平将起到推动作用,同时对于其它市政施工企业也具有借鉴意义。 | |
英文摘要: | Compensation system is an important part of the human resource management. Which is the enterprise formulated to drive staff effectively. Which should be urgent resolved for the majority of enterprises. Compensation system becomes the key question which the municipal Engineering enterprise urgently needs to be solved. The increasingly heated market competition, enterprise should be strengthened and standardize the management, Formulate reasonable management thinking of the inside and outside environment. To stimulate core talented person the Compensation system can provide the human resources and guarantee to sustain healthy enterprise’s development. Meanwhile the detailed measures should be customized to the enterprise. This paper evaluated the establishment of the compensation system of SZ enterprise. Make an investigation in the company. Based on the procedures of salary system’s design and integrated enterprise’s strategies and the current development, the article first introduced the background and meaningful. Based on the analysis of the company exist in the staff salaries management problems and causes. Then the focus of the paper is the project management of compensation to optimize designs. It has become an important task as how to attract the talents,keep the talents and inspire the staff to work for the targets set up by the company.
