中文摘要：	中文摘要 ZX电子在公司成立初期未进行知识产权申请而使用了TGD电子公司的电子文档模板及制程文档，致使公司在之后的生产发展中由于知识产权诉讼而蒙受了巨大的经济损失和名誉损失。为了解决知识产权诉讼问题，ZX公司决定对公司内部电子文档和制程文档进行关键字扫描，对涉及侵犯知识产权的文档进行搜索并归档。本文运用项目风险管理的方法，结合项目生命周期及项目沟通管理理论，研究了项目在整个生命周期中如何有效的识别风险和采取相应有效的风险措施，以保证项目积极活动的最大化和不利活动的最小化。 本文在风险管理的同时采用了项目生命周期的管理方法，将项目分成项目定义与决策、项目设计、项目实施、项目完工四个阶段。研究了在不同的项目阶段可能遇到的风险以及采取的对应措施。 本文着重在项目风险识别、项目量化、项目对策研究方面进行了详细描述。运用了文献研究法、描述性研究法和数据分析法对风险过程进行系统分析和描述，使人可以直接体会到项目风险管理在项目管理中的重要性。 研究结果发现，项目风险存在于整个项目生命周期中，妥善的处理风险事件可以保证整个项目的顺利进行。在当今项目管理案例中，风险管理已经扮演了越来越重要的角色，如何让风险管理在项目管理中发挥积极作用是本文研究的重点。 关键词：项目风险 项目生命周期 项目沟通 风险识别 风险量化 风险控制。
英文摘要：	Abstract During the initial stage of the company establishment, ZX used file templates and process documents from TGD instead of making a patent application which leaded to huge economics losses and disrepute in the future intelligent property lawsuit .To resolve the intelligent property lawsuit, ZX did a key words scan in all internal electronic files and process documents and filed all those improper documents. With project risk management, project life circle and project communication methodology, this article researches how to efficiently identify risk and take proper action to maximize positive and minimize negative activities during project life circle, With project life circle methodology, the project is divided into four stages: definition, design, execution and measurement. This article studied potential risks and resolution at those different stages. This article focuses on project risk identification, risk quantification and project strategy study. The research method in this paper includes literature research, descriptive study and data analysis, adequately describes and analyze risk course. Let the readers could realize the importance of project risk management in project management. The research result shows us that, project risk exist in all project management stages, better risk issue solution could assure project management run smoothly. At present, risk management has already acts as important role in company project management cases. How to make risk management plays an active role in project management is the article’s focus study.
