中文摘要: | 随着中国工程机械行业的发展及竞争的加剧,企业已经不能完全依靠产品本身的优势来建立持久的竞争优势,售后服务越来越受到设备制造商和用户的重视,尤其在产品质量和技术越来越趋同化的情况下,用户在选择购买产品时,售后服务水平已成为影响用户决策的一个重要依据。 服务备件库存管理是售后服务的一个重要环节,服务备件库存管理的好坏一方面会影响到对客户服务的好坏,进而影响客户的满意度及忠诚度,另一方面,也关系到企业的运营成本,影响企业的盈利能力。 本文选取ME公司作为研究对象,研究了其服务备件的库存管理。ME公司是一家以矿山及建筑机械设备为主的大型工程机械公司,业务及组织遍布全球,对其进行研究对工程机械行业来说具有较好的代表性。 本文首先简单回顾了与ME公司库存管理有关的供应链管理理论、供应链环境下的库存管理理论及服务外包理论,通过对这些理论的回顾为以后的研究建立了理论的基础。 接下来先分析了ME公司服务备件的物流特点、库存管理现状及其在库存管理上面对的主要问题,以此为基础分析了ME公司的服务备件库存管理,包括备件分类、需求预测、库存补充计划、多级库存控制、仓储外包管理、信息管理及绩效评价等几个方面。ME公司对服务备件的库存管理包括策略方面、流程方面、信息管理方面及绩效评价方面都由总部进行控制与协调的,有利于公司利用全球资源优化服务备件的库存,提高对客户的服务水平。 本文的研究主要是理论结合实践来探讨解决实际业务问题。ME公司的库存管理理念和方法,具有很强的实际操作意义,可以对国内工程机械行业服务备件库存管理提供一些可以借鉴的做法与思路,并且也可以作为后续对服务备件管理研究的基础。 | |
英文摘要: | With the development of domestic engineering machinery industry and the tighter and tighter marketing competition, one firm can not keep a permanent competitive advantage by its products themselves. Aftersales service has become more and more important to both the equipment manufacturers and the users. Especially nowadays in the case that the quality and technology of the products are becoming more and more similar, aftersales service has become one of the key factors that the users will consider when they are making a decision on which brand to select. The inventory management of the service parts is one of the important parts of the aftersales service. The performance of it will on one hand impact the customer service level, customer satisfaction and loyalty, on the other hand impact the operating costs and the profitability of the firm. This thesis mainly takes ME Corporation as its study object, making a study of its inventory management system of service parts. ME Corporation is a multinational engineering machinery company mainly providing products and services to the worldwide markets in the mining and construction fields by its manufacturing, sales and service organizations all over the world. So the results of this study have a good reference value for other companies in this industry. Firstly this thesis briefly reviews the relevant theories such as supply chain management, inventory management under the environment of supply chain and service outsourcing, which are the basis of the further study. In what follows, the thesis analyzes the logistics characteristics of the service parts of ME Corporation, its current overall inventory management status quo and the problems and challenges it faces. Based on this, the thesis focuses on the study of its inventory management, including the multi-classifications of service parts, demand forecasting,inventory replenishment planning, multi-echelon inventory control, service outsourcing system, information management and performance evaluation, etc.. The headquarters of ME Corporation takes a deep role in the controlling and coordination of its inventory management policies, work flows and processes, information management and performance evaluation. This is a good practice to enable the company to integrate its global resources to optimize the inventory of its services parts and improve its customer service level. The purpose of this thesis is to find some solutions to the practical operations through the study based on both theory and practice. The ideas and approaches of the inventory management of ME Corporation are very exercisable. Thus this study could serve some useful references to the domestic engineering machinery industry in its service part inventory management, and be some basis of further study on this topic. | |
