英文摘要:With China's MBA education in the development process in full swing, MBA training schools in quantity and social influence is also increasing. The current candidates willing to choose more formal, qualified MBA training schools to help them to study for exam, which not only can urge the candidates continuity to learn, but also help them to save most of the time for specific training; At the same time, many MBA admissions institutions will focus on recruiting students into training in schools; Some brand good and strong ability of MBA training schools will be organized a large brand-name colleges or MBA tour event every year, designed to help candidates learn more about the MBA details of the institutions, which make them to choose the right institutions to meet their actual needs and achieve maximum value of learning MBA. Facing the MBA training enormous potential and the rising industry competition, Hua Zhang MBA training schools freely through building the competition strategy to meet the market demand and can create a competitive advantage, to get more market share, and create more value, be freely school essential problem. Competitive strategy development is inseparable from the objective environment, industry environment, and careful analysis of their own ability. Research data accurate enough and more conducive to enterprise develop feasible competition strategy. The first chapter introduction part presents the background, issues, significance and methods, and summarizes the contents of the study, presented research framework; Chapter II reviewed the theory, strategic theory, theory of competitive strategy, core competence theory while further information on the environmental analysis tools, including: PEST analysis, five forces model, enterprise resource analysis; Chapter Ⅲ from an objective point of view, analyzing the macro environment of the training industry, and industry environment, including: training industry status and development trend of analysis and test market analysis of MBA counseling; Chapter IV grooms the school MBA core competitiveness for analysis, this article introduced the development of Hua Zhang MBA training schools, then analyses its resources and competence, and finally summarized using SWOT analysis the school MBA strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; Chapter Ⅴ is the chapter of Hua Zhang MBA training schools competitive strategy build and control, protection of the competitive strategy to be successful and effective implementation; Finally summed up Hua Zhang MBA training schools competition strategy, the necessity of all-round implementation strategy and the importance of strategic control. The value of this thesis is that from the overall environment of the training industry to start with the macro and industry environment, analysis of competition in the training industry, elaborates, and then contact the actual business, focused chapter of MBA training school's internal competitiveness, in-depth analysis the enterprise’s resources, capabilities, through the SWOT analysis of the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of summary, and in this chapter on the basis of the Chinese MBA training school construction and selection of competitive strategy, Balanced Scorecard from four aspects, namely: financial evaluation, customer, internal business process, learning and growth control of the correctness of the implementation of competitive strategy.
