| 中文摘要: | 快速变化的动态环境要求企业具备快速反应机制,复杂、不确定性下的决策也给决策者提出了新的难题,并进一步要求竞争情报活动的支持。同时竞争情报面临着发展的困境,实现竞争情报理论和实践的创新,是当前竞争情报工作的必然选择和未来发展方向。论文从企业竞争环境的背景出发,结合当前竞争情报工作现状,移植军政情报领域作战室的理念和手段,试图找出适合于当前企业竞争情报工作的创新模式。 论文改变了传统研究中大多关注企业竞争情报部门设置、竞争情报系统及流程管理,而忽视信息化、网络背景下竞争情报的整合以及竞争情报工具创新,特别是缺少竞争情报实战方法的研究思路,探讨作为一种场所、工具、机制和技术的作战室在企业竞争情报工作中的应用模式。将源自军事政治领域的作战室应用于商场竞争情报活动,成为企业在激烈、高度不确定性竞争环境中进行战略规划和情报活动的一种创新工具,这是竞争情报理论的拓展和深化。所设计的简单而高效的竞争情报作战室能为企业提供快速响应、危机处理和科学决策的机制和场所,它能迅速聚焦问题,以便于理解的可视化环境为企业提供所需的情报,对企业具有较高的应用价值,有利于企业竞争情报实践的推广、优化和完善。 论文遵循一种从理论研究到实践应用的研究思路,即通过理论的逻辑推演建立理论模型,并探讨如何将其应用于企业实践:首先建立竞争情报作战室总体设计的理论模型,对模型各构成要素分别进行详细设计;然后分析企业竞争情报作战室设计中应考虑的关键因素,提供对各构成要素具体设计和实现形式进行选择和判断的参考。最后在实证调查我国企业竞争情报实践的基础上,对我国企业竞争情报作战室进行规划和设计,并运用案例分析对理论研究进行验证和应用。 论文共七章,其中,第三、四、五、六章是论文的主要部分。前二章介绍了论文的研究背景、目的、意义及论文的研究方案,对作战室理论、实践和竞争情报理论及竞争情报作战室研究进行综述。第三章界定竞争情报作战室基本概念,阐释竞争情报作战室本质,并通过问卷调查对我国企业竞争情报作战室需求进行分析,提出本研究的实践基础和研究的必要性。在对竞争情报和作战室功能特性合理推演的基础上,分析竞争情报作战室的构成要素,进而构建企业竞争情报作战室总体设计的理论模型。第四章对总体设计理论模型中各构成要素进行详细设计,包括竞争情报作战室场所设计、团队设计和流程设计。第五章通过对竞争情报作战室设计中所需考虑的关键因素及其作用进行全面考察分析,为企业在不同情况、不同条件下规划、设计竞争情报作战室提供选择和判断依据。第六章对与作战室设计相关的我国企业竞争情报工作实践进行实证调查,提出我国企业竞争情报作战室的设计模式,并进行具体的案例分析。 论文的主要创新点是: 一是提出了实现人、工具、技术、流程和场所有机整合的企业竞争情报作战室总体设计的理论模型。该模型提供了一个通用的竞争情报作战室所应具备的基本结构,实现了各构成要素的合理组合和有机集成,为企业进行竞争情报作战室设计提供了一个简洁、实用、可操作化的完整框架。能够帮助企业最大限度地提高竞争情报工作效率,最终实现基于团队决策、知识创新和组织学习的竞争情报工作创新模式。在提出理论模型的基础上,对企业竞争情报作战室的各构成要素的实现、配置和运作进行详细设计,提供了完整的、可操作的作战室设计方案,具有一定实用价值,是竞争情报方法、实践和工具的创新。 二是提出了企业竞争情报作战室设计的关键因素分析模型。全面分析和研究竞争情报作战室设计中所需考虑的关键因素及其对各构成要素实现形式产生的影响,为企业规划及建立竞争情报作战室提供了具体的选择和判断依据。 三是对我国企业竞争情报作战室进行了规划和设计。论文在实证调查我国企业当前竞争情报工作模式和运作机制的基础上,以我国的现实条件为依据,对我国企业竞争情报作战室设计进行了研究。为我国企业应对激烈多变的竞争环境建立竞争情报作战室提供了可供参考的操作模式,这是非常有益的探索。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the new era, enterprises need prompt reaction mechanism to acclimatize itself to the rapidly changed dynamic environment. The manager faces new decision problems under the complex and uncertain circumstance, and increasingly needs the supports from competitive intelligence. At the same time, competitive intelligence has encountered many difficulties in its development. Therefore, the competitive intelligence theory and practice innovation becomes the inevitable choice and future orientation of current competitive intelligence activities. Based on the forementioned competitive environment and difficulties, this dissertation tries to explore new innovation mode of enterprise competitive intelligence by transplanting the particular ideas and methods from the domain of military and political affairs. Most of the former researches on competitive intelligence focus on the establishment of competitive intelligence organization, competitive intelligence systems and the flow of information management. The integration and conformity, as well as the facility innovation of competitive intelligence under the circumstance of Internet and informatization has been ignored all along. The majority of current research product lacks of the exercisable and actionable method or thinking. On the contrary, this dissertation puts the war room which has been used in military affairs to the competitive intelligence activities in marketing competition, discusses the utilization of war room which is regarded as the location, facility, mechanism and technology. In this dissertation, the war room is designed as a kind of innovation facility and mode for competitive intelligence in the dynamic and uncertain environment, undoubtedly it is the expanding and deepening on the theory of competitive intelligence. The simple but efficacious competitive intelligence war room the dissertation designed can provide enterprises the mechanism and room for prompt respond, crisis resolvement and decision-making. It can quickly focus on the problem and provide useful intelligence in an visualization way. It has great practical value for enterprises, and can promote, optimize, eventually perfect the competitive intelligence practice. This dissertation follows the thinking logic of researching from theory to practical application, that is, putting forward the theoretical model by logical deducing, and then discussing how to apply the theory to practice. First it constructs a theoretical model for the war room design and devises the key elements in detail, then puts forward the possible implementation and operation modes as well as the criteria of how to choose these modes. Finally it puts forward the suggestions on how to plan and design China’s enterprise competitive intelligence war room based on the result of the investigation on Chinese enterprise competitive intelligence practice. Then it uses a case study to validate and apply the theory that the author proposed. This dissertation contains seven chapters, thereinto which the third, the fourth, the fifth and the sixth are core contents. The main contents of the dissertation are as followings: the first two chapters makes out the background, motive, contents, and framework of the research, summarizes the related research and literature about war room and competitive intelligence. The third chapter defines the concept of enterprise competitive intelligence war room, analyzes the inner characteristics of it, discusses the practical demand on the enterprise competitive intelligence war room research and application by a questionnaire investigation. Then the author constructs a theoretical model for the war room design by deducing the functional characteristics of both competitive intelligence and war room and analyzing the constructing elements. The fourth chapter devises the five elements of the theoretical model in detail, which includes the design of the location, the war room team and the flow. The fifth chapter roundly reviews and analyzes the key factors in the process of designing the competitive intelligence war room, and then puts forward the key factor analysis model for the enterprise to decide how to choose the war room mode at different instance. The sixth chapter investigates the competitive intelligence practice in China with the questionnaire in order to find out the current status, the mode and operation mechanism of competitive intelligence in China. In the end, based on the theoretical model constructed in chapter 3, the dissertation puts forward four kind of design mode for China’s enterprise competitive intelligence war room. Here a case study is provided. Chapter 7 summarizes the main conclusion of this dissertation, and points out expectations of continuous research in this field. Innovations of the research include the following aspects: Firstly, the dissertation puts forward a theoretical model for the war room design which integrate people, facility, technology, flow and location. This model provides a common frame for the war room, and integrates it’s key elements. The simple, operable model can help the enterprise enhance its competitive intelligence efficiency and achieve the innovative mode based on the teamwork-decision, knowledge innovation and organizational learning. This is a new creativity. Based on the theoretical model, the dissertation depicts the implementation, configuration and operation of the five elements of the war room in detail which is divided into 3 facets. This integrated solution has some utility value to a certain extent. It is the innovation of method, practice and facility in competitive intelligence. Secondly, the dissertation gives out a key factor analysis model for the enterprise to decide how to choose the war room mode at different instance. This model provides the detailed criteria for the enterprise to choose or judge how to plan and establish the competitive intelligence war room. Thirdly, the dissertation provides a suggestion on how to plan and design China’s enterprise competitive intelligence war room. These design modes are devised based on the status of competitive intelligence in China. It is an valuable exploration for Chinese enterprise to face the intense competition environment. | |
