| 中文摘要: | 当今世界,新技术革命迅猛发展,目前我们已经进入到了知识经济与信息经济时代。现在电信行业也处于转型的关键时期,用户的需求在发生快速的变化,话音市场逐步饱和,网络与业务分离以及电信业务与娱乐、媒体、金融等业务的融合成为了行业发展的趋势。上述产业变革对电信运营商的网络及业务创新提出了很高要求,而技术的迅猛发展、环境的高度不确定性,使得技术创新日益成为一种复杂性活动,企业单独创新变得越来越困难。电信运营商不可能拥有创新所需的全部资源和技术。 2003年美国亨利.切萨布鲁夫(Henry Chesbrough)教授提出的开放式创新模式,为企业走出创新的两难境地、维持竞争优势提供了一种全新的管理研发和创新的模式。开放式创新模式意味着,有价值的创意可以从公司的外部和内部同时获得,其商业化路径可以从公司内部进行,也可以从公司外部进行。本文借鉴开放式创新相关理论,结合中国移动开放式创新的实践情况,对开放式创新实施的动因、实施机制及在实施过程中存在问题和对策进行研究,对于相关企业开放式创新的实施工作具有指导意义。 本文首先在阐述了我国电信行业的发展情况,介绍了电信运营商技术创新时存在的问题,从而明确了研究背景和意义;其次通过理论的回顾和梳理,整理了开放式创新产生动因及概念,并将开放式创新与其他创新模式进行比较,为本文的观点的阐述奠定厚实的理论基础;再次本文通过对实际资料的搜集整理和归纳分析,阐述了电信运营行业的特征及其技术创新特的特点,对中国移动实施开放式创新的原因进行了分析;之后文章对中国移动开放式创新的关键要素和实现机制进行了详述;最后总结了中国移动实施开放式创新存在的问题及解决方案。本文的创新之处在于将开放式创新理论与中国移动的具体创新实践相结合,给出了开放式创新模式实施的具体方案,对于我国电信运营行业及国有大中型企业的技术创新的实践工作具有借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of new technology revolution, we have entered an era of knowledge economic and information economic nowadays. The telecom industry is also in its transitional period, while the user demands are fast changing. As the market of voice services nears saturated, the industry development trends are the separation of network and service, as well as the integration of telecommunication with entertainment, media, and finance services. The above mentioned industrial change requires great level of network and service innovations. Moreover, the rapid development of technology and high uncertainty of environment makes technology innovation become a complicated activity. Therefore it becomes increasingly difficult for an individual enterprise to innovate. The telecom operator can not possess all the resource and technology for the demand of innovation. In 2003, Prof. Henry Chesbrough brought up the Model of Open Innovation, which provided a brand new development management and innovation model for enterprises to overcome the dilemma of innovation and maintain the competitive edge. The Open Innovation Model means that valuable innovation can be obtained from both external and internal of the enterprise, while its commercialization path can be carried out from both internal and external of the enterprise. My research combines related open innovation theories with China Mobile’s open innovation practice, to analyze the motive, the implementation mechanism, as well as the outstanding issues, in order to provide a guideline of open innovation implementation solutions for related enterprises. The thesis will firstly introduce the issues in the new technology innovation era of telecom operators, in order to clarify the background and significance of the research, the research methodology and research framework. Then through literature review, it will analyze the motivation and concept of open innovation, then compare open innovation model with other innovation models. This part will provide solid theoretical basis for the arguments. Afterwards, it will follow with a collection and inductive analysis of practical cases, which can give brief description of the development of China Mobile Communications Corporation, and analyze their motive of carrying out open innovation. The thesis will also describe the implementation mechanism of China Mobile’s open innovation in detail. And lastly, it will conclude with the outstanding issues and corresponsive solutions of China Mobile’s open innovation. There are several original contributions – it combines the open innovation theory with China Mobile’s practical cases, and also provides practical solutions to the selection and implementation of open innovation models. Therefore the thesis has its necessary guiding significance to the practical technology innovations of Chinese telecom operating industry and state-owned large and medium enterprises. | |
