中文摘要:随着世界经济的发展,经济全球化和市场一体化的格局已经逐渐形成。在当前激烈竞争的市场环境中,企业的成本压力都在不断增加。传统的通过降低资源和劳动力消耗,通过提高劳动生产率来提高利润的运营方式,已经很难让企业在当前激烈的市场竞争环境中取得竞争优势。在企业成本中占据相当高比例的物流费用,逐渐被企业所重视,在制造成本降低空间不大的情况下,降低物流成本正成为企业的“第三利润源”。如何降低企业物流运输成本已成为中国迫切需要解决的课题,诸多著名跨国公司的成本管理经验,为我们提供了很好的借鉴素材。 本文以作者在跨国公司物流成本管理方面的实践经验,选取摩托罗拉公司天津工厂的运输成本控制项目为研究对象,对跨国企业如何应用六西格玛理论的DMAIC方法来降低运输成本进行了系统的研究。 论文共分为五章:第一章阐述了论文的背景、研究目的和意义,并介绍了论文的研究方法、研究内容和基本框架。第二章对本文研究的相关理论进行了回顾,首先回顾了物流基础理论,对物流的定义、价值、物流活动的构成进行了梳理,阐述了物流成本管理的要点等相关问题。然后,重点阐述了运输基础理论,包括运输模式种类的特点,运输价格,运输成本特点等相关概念,为论文的研究做了理论知识的铺垫。最后,对六西格玛理论的概念、特点以及给企业带来的好处进行了阐述。第三章介绍了摩托罗拉公司的概况。然后分析了公司对运输成本的财务控制程序,包括事前,事中和事后控制,以及财务控制的意义。最后按步骤论述了摩托罗拉在运费削减项目中所用的研究方法-六西格玛理论下的DMAIC方法。第四章分析了摩托罗拉公司网络事业部天津工厂在运费控制方面的实施案例,结合DMAIC五步法对这一案例进行了的系统的阐述。第五章是论文研究的结论,对本文的研究进行了高度的概括和总结。 本文结合跨国公司实践经验,将运输成本控制系统化的体系及有益的六西格玛管理方法介绍给中国企业,以期能为中国企业提升核心价值、增强国际竞争力提供帮助。  
英文摘要:With the development of world economy, economic globalization and market integration gradually came into being. Companies have to bear more pressure on cost with the sharp competition in the market. A traditional manner of increasing profits through cutting down resources and labor cost to improve efficiency is no longer the best way to gain competitive advantage in current market. Therefore, more and more companies turn to pay attention to the logistics expenses which occupies quite a large part in the cost. Reducing logistics cost becomes a “Third Profits Source” while no more space to reduce manufacturing cost. How to reduce the logistics expenses is an urgent case for China. And Chinese companies can benefit from those multinational corporations’ cost control experiences. With several years of logistics cost control experiences in a multinational corporation, this essay will bring forward the principle of the MOTOROLA Tianjin factory in freight cost reduction project, and invested in how multinational corporations used DMAIC of Six Sigma to reduce freight cost. This essay consists of five chapters. In Chapter One, it gives the background, research purpose, research methods, research content, and basic framework of the essay. In Chapter Two, it reviews the related theories of research. Firstly, explains the basic theory of logistics, clarifies its concept, value and constitution, and advised the key points of logistics cost control. Secondly, focuses more on the transportation basic theory, such as the characteristics of different transportation mode, transportation price and transportation cost characteristics. It has also built a theory base for the next study. At last, gives the introduction of Six Sigma, including the theory, characteristics and its benefits. In Chapter Three, it gives a general introduction of MOTOROLA, and then the financial controls procedure including prior control, service control and subsequent control. At last, it introduces the DMAIC in the Six Sigma that MOTOROLA applies in the freight cost reduction project. Using the five-step method of DMAIC, Chapter Four mainly focuses on how the Networks sector of MOTOROLA Tianjin factory reduced the freight cost. Chapter Five draws a conclusion, summarizes the research of essay. With practical experiences of multinational corporations, this essay introduces the freight cost reduction system and Six Sigma Theory to Chinese companies to improve their key value and strengthen their international competitiveness.
