中文摘要:随着经济全球化步伐的进一步加快,需求的个性化与多变性和信息产业的高速发展,使得供应链管理的思想和方法越来越多的被应用到企业生产经营中。这就要求企业不断改进预测和采购方法,更多地利用外部资源,加强上下游企业之间的交流,从而更加科学而准确地预测需求变化,提高快速响应能力,适应当前市场多变性的需要。 本论文以OTIS公司为研究对象,应用理论研究和实证研究相结合的方法,对其预测和采购管理进行研究,为OTIS公司公司解决库存、预测和采购管理方面存在的问题,同时为同类企业的供应链管理提供参考。 首先,论文阐述了研究供应链环境下的库存和预测管理的现实意义,综述了国内外有关库存、预测和供应链管理方面的研究进展,结合现代库存控制的管理思想,综合阐述了供应链管理理论、预测和库存管理理论。 其次,论文以OTIS公司为研究对象,分析其库存管理的现状和库存控制中存在的问题,并分别从其供应链上、下游分析和总结造成企业库存现状的种种原因。重点分析了供应链环境下的供应商管理机制,同时论文也从市场和客户角度重点分析了电梯行业的排产的特殊性及其牛鞭效应的产生和预防,在OTIS公司内部,也增加部门沟通与合作,通过流程改进优化采购和预测的管理,从而为研究解决当前的预测采购管理提供现实素材。 最后,论文结论部分就研究分析后得出的提出的改进方案做进一步的总结,希望能够在实践取得一定的成效,为相关的理论研究提供实践上的参考。 
英文摘要:With rapid progress of economy globalization and Information technology, demand of individuation and diversification high-speed improvement, more and more supply chain management methods are used in many companies’ production and management, which lead to keep improving methods of purchasing and forecasting, use more resources outside, enhance communication among companies upriver and downriver, so that we can forecast demand change more accurately and scientifically, improve the ability of quick response to adapt the requirement of market levity. The thesis use the method of combination of theory and practice to study forecast and purchasing management based on inventory control, aimed to solve the problem of inventory control and forecast and purchasing management, as well as supply chain management of similar kind of companies. Firstly, the thesis tells about the sense of inventory and forecast control in the environment of supply chain, sum up the study of inventory, forecast and supply chain management, and combined with latest inventory control theory, synthetically tells about supply chain, forecast and inventory management theory. Secondly, the thesis takes OTIS for study object, analyze current inventory control status and problems, and summarize the reasons from supply chain upriver and downriver. The thesis focus on supplier management in the supply chain, and also analyze the particularity of elevator production and reason of bullwhip effect and how we prevent it. Inside OTIS, we also improve cooperation with other departments and optimize purchasing and forecast management via process improvement. All of them can provide materials for current inventory, purchasing and forecast improvement. Finally, the conclusion part provide summary of method improvement and hope to receive good effect in the practice and also provide reference for related theory study.
