| 中文摘要: | 本文研究主题为利用工程物资采购管理来推进工程进度的管理。在工程建造过程中,由于施工建造的依据性和客观性,设计进度和施工进度往往被列为重点进行控制,但作为工程施工前置工作的采购工作容易被管理者所忽视。 采购进度控制不只是对交货期的把控,实际上采购进度控制是贯穿于采购各个工作环节且存在于采购各个工作管理方面的,它进一步涉及到设计进度控制与施工进度控制的管理范畴,影响工程项目进度的各个方面。本文对影响采购进度的因素进行了研究,找出了影响采购进度的重要因素,阐述了对各个重要因素的把握原则,作为采购进度控制的重点,也是本文主要论述的部分。本文以采购过程为第一主线,从纵向梳理选择采购进度控制的重要因素,以采购合同管理、费用管理、质量管理、组织管理四个方面为第二主线,从横向剖析采购进度控制的重要方面,否定了采购进度管理单单关注进度的思想,扩充进度管理理念,强化全过程管理意识。 采购进度控制探讨的主要问题为采购进度滞后问题,采购进度控制方法研究在工程项目管理中具有实用意义。本文从理论研究入手,分别从采购过程控制、采购合同控制、采购费用控制、采购质量控制、组织措施五个方面分析总结出影响采购进度控制的关键因素,通过自身在实际工程管理中的经验及借鉴国内外其它项目采购管理方面的实践经验,检验因素选择的准确性,验证结论的真实有效。本文中采购进度控制方法的论述顺序为先从采购过程探讨进度控制重点、问题及控制方法,而后从采购合同、费用、质量、组织措施四个管理方面探讨进度控制主要因素,并指出具体措施控制这些因素。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Take advantage of material procurement to accelerate building speed of engineering is the theme of this paper. Design process and constructing process management is controlled as an emphasis in the process of engineering building. But procurement management as the prepositive task of construction is often neglected by manager. Material procurement process control is not only the insuring of delivery date, but also controlling the factor that existing in all the process and aspect of procurement which infecting the progress. This paper is the study of factor that affect procurement process with discovery the factor and method to control it. That is the argumentation of this paper which study the emphasis of procurement control. Procurement process control with procurement flow management is the first lemma of this paper which could find the important factor to dominate it. Procurement contract management, cost management, quality management, organization management is the second lemma of this paper which could find the important aspect of procurement process control. That deny the opinion that procurement process control only concerned about the schedule, which expend the thought of process control and reinforce the consciousness of all process management. Procurement progress delay is the main problem of progress control, so it is meaningful to study procurement progress control method. This paper study from the theory and analysis the key factor from five major management aspect of procurement which include procurement course control, cost control, contract control, quality control and organization method. And prove the veracity of the factor and facticity of the conclusion used the knowledge of project management experience and the experience of others. The write sequence of this paper is from study of procurement course to procurement contract management, cost management, quality management and organization method which can conclude the key factor of progress control and give a few ways to conquer it. | |
